Admission No charge for 2017 Fee required to be admitted as a member at Le Versant Golf Club when there is formal membership demand at a stipulated amount. This amount is non refundable and confers a right that is non-transferable and has no cash value. It does not consist in the purchase of a share but a right of usage at certain conditions. Minimum bar bill - per member Minimum amount of per member or corporation/group (service charges are added at your discretion and additional taxes apply) must be spent on food or beverages between May 1st, and September 30 th. Certain categories are not subjected; please refer to the pricing grid. A detailed monthly statement is provided the last day of the month. It must be paid in total upon receipt at the latest the 15th of the following month. Charges of 2% are billed for all accounts that are unpaid and all privileges including game rights are suspended until the balance is paid. Obligations and restrictions All members are required to present their membership cards in good standings to benefit of their privileges He has the obligation to cancel 24 hours in advance, in the case of frequent breach, he will be billed All members are limited to one reservation per day, although they have the possibility to play a second game if there is availability and authorization He must respect the club rules and the international golf rules of courtesy and ethics MISCELLANEOUS Le Versant reserves the right to close their 3 courses 12 days in a season for the conduct of special major events. These dates are listed beforehand in calendar of the reservation module. Le Versant will not be held responsible in the case of persona loss or thefts including golf clubs. Annex - FLEX MEMBERSHIP - 2017 SEASON Privileges Possibility of playing three regulars courses and an 18 hole par 3 (Des Seigneurs, Des Braves, Des Moulins & du Griffon) No restrictions on times, according to course availability On-line, telephone or in person reservations, are available up to 10 days in advance for starting times. (Except for the 18 hole par 3) Possibility of participating to all of the events in the annual member calendar (ex: Opening tournament, inter club qualifications, club championship, ) Access to the system to record and tabulate your handicap at the pro shop and via Internet Preferential pricing at the pro shop (Purchase of equipment, clothing and accessories) only for club members, not valid for discounts on game rights for guests. Costs No admission or minimum bar bill fees To benefit of the privileges, the member is committed to spend a minimum amount of 1 before October 31 st, 2017 (Game rights, carts, pro shop, restaurant & snack bar) The amount of 1 must be prepaid (by cheque, credit or debit card or cash) Fee of 60$ plus taxes (member comity and Golf Canada for participation at outside competitions), includes the registration in tournaments except the Interclub qualification Operations The credit limit will be set in accordance with the prepaid amount in the account of the member Purchases can be made the current rate pricing (game rights, carts, pro shop, restaurant & driving range) Excluding service fees The membership card must be presented each time you make a purchase in order for it to be charged to your account Conditions Subject to service and admission approval The card can only be used by the holder for his purchases. The card does not provide a line of credit exceeding the prepaid amount The balance (of the initial amount of 1) at October 31 st, 2017 is non transferable.
