Baseball Scorekeeper Florida State High A League-Jupiter/ Palm Beach Position Overview Baseball Info Solutions, a leading national company in the collection, analysis and dissemination of baseball data, is looking for people familiar with the intricacies and rules of scoring professional baseball to attend minor league games to collect data according to our specifications. Scorers are needed in the Florida State High A League-Particularly for the Jupiter Hammerheads and the Palm Beach Cardinals. Typically the people we are looking for already enjoy attending these types of games and who have done some scoring in the past. However, knowledge of the rules is probably more important than previous scoring experience. You will be trained for scoring according to our specific instructions given in a scoring handbook and video DVD, which we will provide to you. After you attend and score the games, the data is entered into the provided software and sent to us over the Internet. You will need a Windows based computer with an Internet connection and some knowledge of using it. Our work cannot be done on a MAC computer at this time. Tickets and money for parking are provided along with payment for each game file successfully received by us. Incentive bonuses based on volume, accuracy and leadership are also part of the compensation package.
