If the Customer Service office is unattended, please proceed to the payment station with your Disabled Parking Permit and parking ticket and press the Assistance intercom button so that your concession can be applied remotely. Purchase a ticket for a minimum of 1 hour and display it on the dashboard with the valid disability parking permit. The ticket will remain valid for a further two hours after the expiry time. $2 minimum ticket purchase. Valid Disability Parking Permit must be displayed. The ticket will remain valid for double the time purchased when parking in a general bay.
