Open Door Mode Safety devices allow to lock the two doors of the test bench during operation. In Open door mode, opening doors is possible at any time to perform maintenance and adjustments while the bench is running. A password is required. 8
Signal column The bench is fitted with a light column. It indicates the operating status of the bench: GREEN operate normally, ORANGE: non-blocking alarm RED: major fault: the bench is stopped. Air extraction The cabin is equipped with an aeration grille. A vent is provided above the bench to connect the customer drain system of the exhaust air. 9 Emergency stop The test bench is equipped with two emergency stop buttons: One on the bench and another on the measurement cabinet. A controller monitors the main functions of the test bench automatically and continuously. In the event of a detected fault on a device, it causes an emergency stop. 9
Softwares Measurement cabinet Measurement cabinet includes: An industrial PC in which SprayAcq and SprayAnalyser software are installed. A rail pressure controller EFS 8549 (HPC) An injector power control module EFS 8527 An ICU unit SAG Module A 24V DC supply. Security elements (light column, circuit breaker, disconnector...) SprayAcq This software manages the entire INJETVISION system and controls: - The control pulse of the injector, - The pressure in the chamber of vision, - The pressure in the rail, - The position of the jet deflector, - The rotation of the injector, - The two cameras for shooting bottom and side jets. 11 11
SprayAcq This software is dedicated to the analysis of jets from diesel or petrol injectors. The entire chain of image processing is controlled from image acquisition to image processing and formatting results. 12

A thermal switch, a safety valve and a rupture disk to ensure the safety of the entire system. Lighting Mono-block design allows mounting directly inside the pressure chamber Quality lighting allows injector jet image acquisition in high definition.
