Weighing and receiving hopper MS
Modular design. Versatile and flexible. pplications MS weighing and receiving hoppers are designed for weighing, transferring, and receiving products in bakeries, blending systems, and premix installations. Field of application Seven different assemblies in different versions are available for use in bakeries, blending systems, and premix installations, with useful volumes ranging from 100 to 1000 liters, for handling floury and mealy products, sugar, salt, etc. Features ssemblies that can be combined in a multitude of different ways, thanks to modular design ll components in contact with the product are made of stainless steel and processed to grade I standards Optimal sanitation thanks to minimum dust accumulation zones Low maintenance Easy to service easy access to all electric, pneumatic, and electronic units Excellent weighing accuracy of the s thanks to stable design Easy, flexible possibilities of installation thanks to heightadjustable fastening elements for suspension or support of the assemblies Centralized weighing system. Weigh hopper, lower surge hopper with filter unit, and pneumatic discharge conveyor.
Overview of assemblies. Versatile applications. 2 6 4 1 3 Overview of assemblies and applications. 1 Centralized The centralized is applied underneath storage bins together with a single or twin lower surge hopper. The centralized is fed by a screw conveyor and transfers the weighed product to a lower surge hopper. 2 External centralized The external centralized is applied next to storage bins together with a single or twin lower surge hopper. The external centralized is fed pneumatically via line diverters. The weighed product is conveyed onward by the lower surge hopper. 3 Lower surge hopper The lower surge hopper is applied underneath storage bins and fed by screw conveyors. The weighed product is fed directly from the lower surge hopper through an airlock into a pneumatic conveying line. 4 Decentralized The decentralized is applied in a bakery building above kneader units. The product to be weighed is introduced pneumatically via scroll-type (tangential) inlets in the weigh hopper. The weighed product is discharged directly into a kneader tub or a kneader unit. Single and twin lower surge hoppers Lower surge hoppers are applied underneath a centralized or an external centralized and receive the weighed product from them. Lower surge hoppers serve as product holding hoppers and feed the product through airlocks into a pneumatic conveying line. 6 Receiving point The receiving point is applied in a bakery building above kneader units. The product already weighed is introduced pneumatically via scroll-type (tangential) inlets in the receiving hopper. The product is discharged directly into a kneader tub or a kneader unit without generating dust. 3
C Excellent accuracy. atch s in blending systems. Field of application in blending systems For applications in blending systems, batch s with a useful volume of 1000, 2000, or 4000 liters are available. The batch s are installed either directly underneath the storage bins and fed by screw conveyors and gravity spouting, or they are installed independent of the location of the product to be weighed and fed through a filter with total separator. Features Easy to service easy access to all electric, pneumatic, and electronic units Optimal sanitation thanks to minimum dust accumulation zones Excellent weighing accuracy of the s thanks to stable design Easy, flexible possibilities of installation thanks to height-adjustable fastening elements for suspension or support of the assemblies atch 1000 liters Components in contact with the product are made of stainless steel and processed to grade I standards atch s 2000 and 4000 liters Components in contact with the product are made of mild steel or stainless steel processed to grade I standards Versatile and flexible Reliable operation Good sanitation High accuracy Dimensions in mm Useful volume in liters 1000 2000 4000 atch = 1676 = 2208 = 2008 = 2269 = 279 = 3079 C = 91 C = 848 C = 848 4
