The Eliminator Super 2000 Competition Track Timer can be used as the BACKUP TIMER for the Portatree Professional Ultimate Track System (Gold Box) in either Stand Alone or P.C. Mode. NOTE: The Eliminator Competition Track Timer Can Not be used with the older Professional (Silver Box) Track Systems. 2. The Eliminator Super 2000 Competition can be used like a simulator for trade shows and corporate hospitality. Spectators can compete for Best Reaction Time and the Christmas Tree shows a win light. The Eliminator 2000 comes with 2 hand switches and a wall transformer. SPECIAL FEATURES Here are some unique features offered with the Eliminator Super 2000 Competition Track System TOP BULB OSCILATE (FULL TREE): This feature allows the track operator to set the computer into a mode that makes the top amber on the Christmas Tree never to come on at the correct time. The second and third bulbs operate as they normally would, but any driver with a delay box trying to leave off of the top bulb will never be able to cut a consistent reaction time. This helps the track operator by eliminating the need to police cars for delay boxes in classes where no delay boxes are allowed. This is also a good deterrent to people trying to cheat. TREE SPEED SET: The normal.500 and.400 Tree Speeds in Full and Pro tree are preset in the computer. If a track operator wanted to initiate a special tree speed, it can be done in the setup menu. Any custom speed between.100 and.900 seconds can be entered into the computer. Tree speeds can be set to.001 seconds. FULL AND PRO TREE RACES IN SAME CLASS: This feature allows the track operator to run Full Tree against Pro Tree with any tree speed setting. You can run an all out anything goes category with handicaps and true win. This is a great promotional feature that will attract many new racers and fans to your track. PERFECT TREE.000 OR.400/.500 (TREE SPEED): The software is setup to report Reaction Time as.000 Perfect Light or Tree Speed as the Perfect Light. PACKAGE RACING, BRACKET RACING (BREAKOUTS), OR FIRST FINISH: Every Promoter knows about Bracket Racing or First Finish, but Package Racing is a whole new concept that is safer and more fun for Spectators. Instead of having a Red Light Foul or a Breakout Spoil the racing action, we allow a racer to go.100 under a Perfect Light (.101 under will red light) and still go green! We add the absolute value of their Reaction Time (over or under) to the absolute value of their ET vs. Dial-In (over or under their Dial-In) and see which racer has the better package. In Package Racing you CAN NOT Breakout. DIAGNOSTICS: A new diagnostics screen is provided that helps analyze all inputs and outputs of the Eliminator Super 2000 Competition Track Timer. This is helpful in troubleshooting photocell inputs. You can tie inputs to the Tree Lights so that one person can troubleshoot sensor connection & alignment. DIAL-IN DISPLAY BOARD (OPTIONAL): The racer will know exactly what their Dial-Ins are when they pull up to the starting line. The system supports 2 Dial-In boards One in the Burnout area and One on top of the Tree. They are setup with two unique network addresses and work off the same data cable. TOP BULB LOCK: Also known as Cross Talk. When this feature is turned ON, the top Amber bulb in each lane comes on at the same time on a handicapped tree. The second and third amber will operate as they normally would. MICROSOFT WINDOWStm COMPATIBLE SOFTWARE: The Portatree Drag Race Software is Windowstm compatible. Portatree Timing Systems is the only track system on the market that allows customers to use their own P.C. to connect to the track system. By linking our Eliminator Super 2000 Competition track timer to your personal computer, it allows you to use your local P.C. supplier to upgrade and maintain your PC at a fraction of the cost. The Post Process and Drag Race Software have been developed utilizing Borland International s Delphi for Windowstm Applications. We are very pleased with the performance of this software and recommend it to all tracks that have over 100 entries on any given race day. The Main Screen is where all of the programs are launched including: o Program Paths: Set up location for Category, Racer, and Results Databases. You can create, copy, or delete a category or racer database. You can create a blank or copy an existing Racer Database. o Category Editor: Edit category name, initials (used for reports), type of Index, Tree Speed and Type, Auto Start, Auto Start Parameters o Racer Database: Enter all Racer, owner, vehicle, and index information as well as racer Accomplishments o Datalog: Displays all race information for the race days. Can be used to locate certain runs, search by racer, by RT, MPH, ET, etc... Generate reports and Sorted reports. Racer Entry, Category Editor, Administrator Editor, Data Log, Mailing Lists, Announcer Program, and the DRAG RACE PROGRAM.
Weather information is an optional software upgrade to the drag race package. The Portatree s P.C. Weather Center Deluxe offers very accurate readings on Temperature, Pressure, Humidity, Corrected Altitude (Motorsports Calculation), Vapor Pressure, Grains of Water, Wind Speed, and Wind Direction. All Weather information is printed on the time slip and saved in the Results database in case a record is challenged. (Must purchase P.C. Weather Deluxe Optional) Auto Start has 4 parameters that can be set for each category in the category editor. Stage on Time (this accounts for flickering of the stage beam), Stage to Start, Random Delay Maximum, and Max Auto Start Delay, which can all be set in milliseconds. Auto start can be set On or Off for each category. (Must purchase Auto Start Feature Optional) We continually update and add new features that will help you run your track more efficiently. There is no doubt that we are in an information age that requires lots of processing power. The software that we provide will continually be improved for performance and power.
