The sequence of development of systemic effects varies with the route of entry, Skin: Wear chemical resistant gloves. (Good practice requires that gross amounts and the onset of symptoms may be delayed an hour or more. First symptoms of poisoning may be nausea, increased salivation, lacrimation, blurred vision and constricted pupils. Other symptoms of systemic poisoning include vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal cramping, dizziness and sweating.

2 NOTES TO PHYSICIAN Product contains petroleum distillate - vomiting may cause aspiration pneumonia. Product contains cholinesterase inhibitor. If symptoms of cholinesterase inhibition present, atropine sulfate is antidotal. 2-PAM is also antidotal and may be administered in conjunction with atropine. ROUTES OF ENTRY Primary: Skin Secondary: Ingestion Tertiary: Inhalation SECTION 4 FIRST AID MEASURES An antidote is a substance intended to counteract the effect of a poison. It should be administered only by a physician or a trained emergency personnel. Medical advice can be obtained from a POISON CONTROL CENTER. In case of contact: Flush eyes continuously with water for 15-20 minutes. Flush skin with water for 15-20 minutes. If no burns have occurred -- use soap and water to cleanse skin. If inhaled remove patient to fresh air. Administer oxygen if patient is having difficulty breathing. If patient has stopped breathing administer artificial respirations. If patient is in cardiac arrest administer CPR. Continue life supporting measures until medical assistance has arrived. Remove and wash contaminated clothing. If patient is exhibiting signs of shock -- keep warm and quiet. Contact Poison Control Center immediately if necessary. Induce vomiting if swallowed. Do not administer liquids or induce vomiting to an unconscious or convulsing person. If patient is vomiting-watch closely to make sure airway does not become obstructed by vomit. Get medical attention if necessary.

3 SECTION 5 FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES Flash point : Data Not available. Extinguishing media : Carbon dioxide, dry chemical powder or spray. No explosion limits are available for this compound. SECTION 6 ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES IN CASE OF SPILL OR LEAK If container begins to leak (through puncture, etc.), eliminate all ignition sources and allow to discharge completely in well ventilated area, then dispose of as directed below. This product contains no Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) listed chemicals. Releases of this product are NOT reportable to the National Response Center. PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT FOR CLEANUP PERSONNEL Eyes: Use proper protection safety glasses as a minimum. Skin: Wear chemical resistant gloves. (Good practice requires that gross amounts of any chemical be removed from the skin as soon as practical, especially before eating or smoking.) Inhalation: If working in enclosed spaces, wear a NIOSH approved respirator an organic vapor (OV) cartridge or canister with any R, P, or HE prefilter. WASTE DISPOSAL METHOD Take full or leaking containers to a local disposal company for biological treatment or incineration. Review all Local, State, and Federal regulations concerning health and pollution to determine approved disposal procedures. Do not contaminate water, food or feed by storage or disposal of wastes. SECTION 7 HANDLING AND STORAGE HAZARDS TO HUMANS AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS

4 Keep out of reach of children. CAUTION Harmful if swallowed, inhaled or absorbed through skin. Causes moderate eye irritation. Avoid contact with skin, eyes or clothing. Avoid breathing spray mist. Do not smoke while using. Provide adequate ventilation of treatment area. Do not allow children or pets in treated areas until surfaces have dried. STORAGE Do not contaminate water, food or feed by storage. Store in a cool, dry area away from heat or open flame and inaccessible to children. SECTION 8 EXPOSURE CONTROLS / PERSONAL PROTECTION PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE) Respiratory Protection: None required when used according to label directions. For prolonged exposure or if used in enclosed areas, a NIOSH approved respirator with an organic vapor (OV) cartridge or canister with any R, P, or HE prefilter may be used. SECTION 9 PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES Appearance Acidity Moisture Solubility : White to crystalline : 0.1% max. : 0.3%max. : In water at 20 C, ca. 2 g/l. Soluble in most organic solvents, e.g. alcohols, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, cyclohexanone, dichloromethane, chloroform. SECTION 10 STABILITY AND REACTIVITY REACTIVITY

5 Stability: Stable Conditions to Avoid: None known. Incompatibility (Material to Avoid): Avoid caustics, amines, alkanolamines, aldehydes, strong oxidizing agents and chlorinated compounds. Hazardous Polymerization: Will not occur. HAZARDOUS DECOMPOSITION PRODUCTS Thermal decomposition in open flame will result in possible toxic substances. SECTION 11 TOXICOLOGICAL INFORMATION Acute oral LD 50 for male rats : 90-128 mg/kg. Acute oral LD 50 for female rats : 104 mg/kg. This compound is considered to be toxic. This statement is based upon OSHA's assessment of the LD 50. SECTION 12 ECOLOGICAL INFORMATION This product is toxic to fish and wildlife. Do not apply directly to water, or to areas where surface water is present or to intertidal areas below the mean high water mark. Do not contaminate water by cleaning of equipment or disposal of equipment washwaters. SECTION 13 DISPOSAL CONSIDERATIONS Container Disposal: Do not puncture or incinerate! Empty container by using the product according to the label directions. Offer empty container for recycling, if available, or place in trash if allowed by state and local regulations. If container is partly full, contact your local solid waste agency or call 1-800-CLEANUP for disposal instructions. Waste Disposal: Wastes resulting from the use of this product may be disposedof on site or
