Surgical Workplaces Flowmeter 7 Experts in efficient inhalation, insufflation and aerosol therapy Normal and intensive humidifier, hand-held nebuliser Normal humidifier Intensive humidifier Hand-held nebuliser More humidity in the respiratory passages: As a prolonged supply with oxygen during inhalation and insufflation results in severe desiccation of the patient, MAQUET offer reusable normal and intensive humidifying systems. MEDAP normal humidifiers: The MEDAP normal humidifiers operate according to the bubble principle. With approx. 60 % relative humidity they provide a steady physiological humidity in the respiratory passages. MEDAP intensive humidifiers: They operate according to the Venturi system and produce very fine aerosol, so that a relative humidity of 100 % is reached. They also enable the addition of water-soluble inhalation drugs. MEDAP hand-held nebulisers: Due to dosed administration of drug aerosols hand-held nebulisers are for preventing, soothing and healing disorders of the respiratory tract. MEDAP hand-held nebulisers operate according to the Venturi system and guarantee efficient treatment. They are convincing due to: Well-balanced nebulised volume of approx. 2 ml/10 min High density of mist Effective spectrum of particles of 0.5 up to a maximum of 7 micrometers Special valve to interrupt nebulisation provides economic drug consumption Connection to CSS optionally oxygen and compressed air RECOMMENDED ACCESSORIES FOR FINA FLOW Normal and intensive humidifying systems Art.-No. MEDAP normal humidifier (G 3/8") 57 507 525 Inhalation system for MEDAP normal humidifier 57 521 480 MEDAP intensive humidifier (G 3/8") 57 507 527 Inhalation system for MEDAP intensive humidifier 57 521 481 Inhalation system for MEDAP intensive humidifier 57 524 555 MEDAP hand-held nebuliser (M 15x1) 57 507 534 Connection tube oxygen, ISO colour coding (G 3/8" M 15x1) 57 525 067 Connection tube compressed air, neutral colour (M 18x1 M 15x1) 57 525 032 Connection tube compressed air, ISO colour coding (M 18x1 M 15x1) 57 525 033
