WHO WE ARE benefits of sponsorship Who we are Houlihan-Lokey was originally founded in 1999 as a group of former recreational cyclists who wanted to test their fitness and competitive nature in the local club race scene. In the ensuing years the team has won or placed in every major amateur race in the northeast and mid-atlantic states in the United States. We are also part of the largest racing club in the United States, the Century Road Club Association (www.crca. net). With over 700 active racers drawn from all professions and ethnic backgrounds, the CRCA refl ects the diversity of the New York racing community. Our team is inclusive and we strive to support this diversity as well. We currently have a roster of 12 riders ranked nationally in the United States Cycling Federation (USCF) in Categories 2, 3 and 4. Our roster includes a former professional soccer player, a former Division 1 collegiate cross-country competitor, and project managers, IT specialists, investment bankers, graduate students, and time-starved parents professionals who are dedicated to racing and training while balancing their work and family responsibilities. Benefits of sponsorship As one of the Team s sponsors, we will be committed to helping to promote your company s brand. Our racers are required to wear the team uniform while racing and training which will ensure maximum visibility for your logo. In addition to brand building via the presence of our racers, the Team website will feature a link to your website along with selected content as needed for additional market exposure simply by visiting the Team site. By initiating your sponsorship for 2012, your logo will be seen along with sponsors such as Axa, Jonathan Adler, Donna Karan, Organic Athlete, and other well-known brands in their respective industries.

Focus for 2012 Focus for 2012 In calendar year 2012, the team will continue to expand its race program to include more events in locations further south and west of the immediate northeastern United States to encompass the mid-atlantic region as well as Colorado and in venues supplemental to the road racing events such as track and cyclocross. Our objective is to increase the number of first place wins by 10% and continue to win at least three major regional road racing events to help keep the sponsors names visible throughout the year.

Option 3 Sponsor s name/logo placed on the upper chest and collar/$2,000 2011 Houlihan Lokey / Sanchez 2 colors PMS 1235 PMS 2738 As an added bonus, all sponsor employees are entitled the team discount on all merchandise and services offered by CycleLife USA (www.cyclelifeusa.com). The verbal or written approval of the proposal is required by December 18, 2011 in order to facilitate the placement of the team clothing for the 2012 race year.
