Day 3: Explore Ho Chi Minh City and drive to Mui Ne Visit Ho Chi Minh City in the morning. Ho Chi Minh City is the largest city in Vietnam. It is very interesting and has a lot culture. On this tour you will visit some of the most special sights Ho Chi Minh City has to offer, such as: The War Remnants Museum: This is a lively display of the futility of the war. The Reunification Palace: This beautifully preserved palace was the residence of the President of the Republic of Vietnam. Notre Dame Cathedral was built in 1880 and the Old Post Office was built between 1886 1891. It is one of the best examples of classical French colonial architecture. Thien Hau Pagoda in Cho Lon: This is a Chinese style temple located on Nguyen Trai Street in Cho Lon (China town) district. It is dedicated to Thien Hau, the Lady of the Sea, also known as Mazu ( Tian Hou in Chinese). The last stop will be the Lacquerware factory where you can observe the process of making these traditional Vietnamese products. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and then depart for Mui Ne, which is approximately a four and a half hour drive. Check into the resort and relax. Sea Links lies in the heart of a simply gorgeous area of the countryside. Nearby attractions include Lau Ong Hoang, Poshanu Tower, Ong Dia Stone, Ham Tien and Hon Rom. Upon arrival in Nha Trang, check in to the hotel. Visit the Long Son Pagoda, which was founded in the late 19 th century then renovated in 1940. Located on Trai Thuy Hill, it is the largest pagoda in Nha Trang. Every year, tens of thousands of pilgrimage tourists visit this pagoda and pray at the 79 foot tall White Buddha Statue. After that, visit Ponagar Cham Tower. These towers were built by the Cham civilization between the 7 th and 12 th century to honour Yang Ino Po Nagar. The local Buddhists of Nha Trang use this place for prayers and worshipping and there are many incense sticks lit, giving the place an interesting architecture filled with stunning colours. The last point of the tour is the scenic stone grottoes of Hon Chong. Day 7: Da Nang, Marble Mountain and more Take an early morning flight to Da Nang and visit Marble Mountain, a cluster of five marble and limestone mountains, a popular sightseeing location in Da Nang because of its alluring beauty. Stone steps carved into the mountain lead to a Buddhist Pagoda. You can also discover stunning caves and enjoy the beautiful view from the top of the mountain. Marble Mountain is also home to Non Nuoc Stone Carving Village, which is a unique craft village to the South of the city. Situated at the foot of the Marble Mountains, this craft village has a proud history covering more than 200 years. Leaving Marble Mountain, head North to visit the Son Tra Peninsula, 693m high above sea level and 10km from the centre of Da Nang City. Visit the Linh Ung Bai But pagoda which is considered one of the biggest pagodas in Da Nang in both scale and architecture. It beautifully combines both modern and traditional style. The most striking feature of this vast pagoda is its huge Lady Buddha statue, which is one of the tallest in Vietnam (67 meters) and spectacularly dominates the skyline. From here, the vista includes the whole city, mountain and Son Tra peninsula. In addition, from the distance, you will see Marble Mountain along with white sandbank. The pagoda can be seen from every place in the city and looks like a mushroom of which the cap is Son Tra Mountain and the stalk is a beautiful sandy beach that affords an ideal area for bathing, swimming, playing sports and fishing. Day 9: Golf in Hanoi After breakfast, transfer to Hai Duong for 18 holes of golf at the Chi Linh Star Golf Club. The rest of the day you are free to relax at the hotel and enjoy the city of Hanoi. Visit Ba Dinh Square, where the late President Ho Chi Minh read Vietnam s Proclamation of Independence on 2 September 1945. Visit Ho Chi Minh s Mausoleum and continue to the One-Pillar Pagoda, a must-see monument in Ha Noi. One-Pillar Pagoda is an ancient Buddhist pagoda supported by only one pillar. Built in the early 11 th century during the reign of King Ly Thai Tong, the pagoda resembles a lotus blossom. We will also visit Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam (temple of literature), the first Imperial school in Vietnam built in 1070 during the dynasty of King Ly.
