Once appointed, their name will be presented to the CRMHA Executive for ratification. All applicants are requested to provide the following please: a complete and sign the application form (4 pages attached) written answers to the attached Coach Questionnaire attach a comprehensive years coaching plan suitable for the level of Representative team you wish to coach attach documentation of Speak Out and any coaching qualifications that you have received Please submit applications by mail to CRMHA address as listed above, hand deliver to the drop slot or in person between 4:00 6:00 pm Monday to Friday up until April 30 th of the current year. The CRMH Head Coach will arrange for interviews with the Representative Selection Committee and will conduct interviews with all applicants in May. Following the interview process the Head Coach on behalf of the Selection Committee will present the most qualified candidate to the executive for ratification at their regular monthly meeting in June.
