INVITATION Dear Coaches, It is a great pleasure for me to invite you to attend the Global Coaching Seminar to be held in Luxembourg, on December 7-10, 2015. The seminar, conducted by Mr. Li Xiaodong, one of the most prominent Chinese Coaches and Coach Educators, will surely be a fantastic event. We look forward to making it a memorable learning opportunity for our friends, but also to share our beautiful city and multicultural country that is by tradition a land of meeting and exchange. Selected subjects about the training and education methods of coaches will also be addressed during the Seminar. VENUE, HOSPITALITY and sfjksfj TRANSFERS VENUE: HOSPITALITY: National Sports Institute of Luxembourg (I.N.S.) Sport Hall and Conference Room facilities I.N.S. Students Dormitory, on full board basis The National Sports Institute of Luxembourg (I.N.S.) is located in Cents-part of Luxembourg City. Under one roof you can find a gymnasium with 20 tables, a fitness center, conference rooms, a restaurant, two football fields and a hotel with 37 rooms. The participants will be accommodated in double. The facilities feature free Internet (Wi-Fi) access. TRANSPORTATION: Free transfers will be provided from/to Luxembourg Airport and from/to Luxembourg City Railway Station on the official arrival and departure days. Free parking is available near the Institute for those arriving by car.

ENTRIES and RATES ENTRIES: Must be received using the attached Entry Form and sent to Mr. Patrick Massen from the Luxembourg Table Tennis Federation by email (fltt@pt.lu) within the deadline. The number of participants is limited to 40, therefore the first come-first served policy will apply. DEADLINE: 25 November 2015 REGISTRATION FEE: HOSPITALITY RATE: 30 /person 65 /person/day in double room on full board basis at the I.N.S. EARLY BIRD RATE: A special discount will apply for the entries received before 30 October 2015: 50 /person/day in double room on full board basis. Please, note that only double rooms are available in the I.N.S. Dormitory and that the number of beds is limited to 26 (13 double rooms). If participants wish to stay in a single room, the Organizer will provide assistance upon request in booking a room in a nearby Hotel at their own costs. If staying at another Hotel and in case requested, it will be possible to purchase meal tickets for lunch and dinner separately at a price of 10 per meal. IMPORTANT: Due to the limited number of entries 40 for the Seminar and 26 for the Hospitality in the I.N.S., it is recommended that you submit the entry as soon as possible. In case of more interest for attendance than the number of available places indicated above, the Organizers are ready to repeat the Seminar in the period 10-13 December. You will be informed about this option immediately after the available places will be filled up following the first come-first served policy.

Account Number: IBAN LU55 0090 0000 2266 6069 Bank: Banque Raiffeisen Address: 4, rue Léon Laval, L-3372 Leudelange BIC (Swift) Code: CCRALULL The ITTF will contribute toward the hospitality expenses of the participants as follows: GROUP 1: 65 /person/day for up to 13 International (non-european) Coaches with a maximum of 1 Coach entered by each National Association (or 2 Coaches, if of different gender),** / *** GROUP 2: 65 /person/day for up to 13 European Coaches with a maximum of 1 Coach entered by each National Association (or 2 Coaches, if of different gender),** / *** In addition, for the Coaches, who are coaching at the World Junior Championships in France, the one-way train ticket on the route France (Nantes) Luxembourg or a return ticket on the route France (Nantes) Luxembourg France (Nantes/Paris) will be reimbursed by bank transfer based on the presentation of the ticket receipt and an invoice. * Individual Coaches (not entered by their National Associations) are welcome to attend, too, but they are not eligible for the hospitality support. ** If by the Early Bird deadline of 30 October, some places in either of the supported Groups as above might be unused, they will be reallocated to the Group with multiple entries. *** The hospitality support remains the same, if a participant who is eligible for it, books a different hotel on his own. The reimbursement of up to 65 /person/day will be done by bank transfer based on the presentation of the hotel receipt and an invoice.

ABOUT THE LECTURER LI XIAODONG, fields of interest and career highlights: Deputy Head of Technical Studies Committee, Coach of Chinese National Team, Coach of the Chinese Table Tennis Association, 12 years Coach of the Beijing Team, 25 years with the Chinese National Team, Professor at the Shanghai Sports Academy, Has played a crucial role in the development of several World and Olympic champions such as Teng Yi, Wang Tao, Yan Sen, Wang Liqin, Wang Nan, Li Ju etc., Research and study work on table tennis theories, seminars conductor throughout the Chinese Sports community, author of numerous essays in professional journals.
