Title and Stage Sponsors E-Days Title Sponsor ($12,000) Title level sponsorship amounting in $12,000 or more; including a fullpage, color, recognition piece in the E-Days E-zine, logo on E-Days tshirt available to all students, staff, and faculty, banner on CSM campus placed in highly visible areas (if supplied) during every event (excluding Ore Cart Pull) and public recognition and thank you at official E-Days opening and closing related events (excluding Ore Cart Pull). Stage Sponsor ($6,500) The stage is the most recognizable and most utilized venue during the EDays weekend and is contracted through a nationally recognized staging, sound, and light company. The Friday Night Event, Field Day, Carnival, and the Headliner Concert on Saturday all use the stage for performances throughout E-Days. Benefits: Includes company banner placed on the front of the stage for the entire weekend (supplied by company), full page recognition piece in the E-Days E-zine, verbal recognition at each event, and 10 complimentary passes to each stage event. Concert ($6,000) This event garners the largest campus attendance at est. 2500 students. Talent is typically a nationally headlining tour, is professionally produced, and is narrowed down by campus vote. Benefits: Includes company banner displayed during concert (supplied by company), full page, color, recognition piece in E-Days E-zine, ticket billing, 20 complimentary passes to the show and public, verbal recognition at the event. 2
Fireworks Show ($6,000) This event pools from the entire Golden community including but not limited to, Mines current students, staff, faculty and alumni. This event is the largest E-Days event, and is professionally produced by Night Musik with a display that is tailored to our campus. Benefits: Includes company banner displayed during event (supplied by company), full page, recognition piece in E-Days E-zine, VIP viewing area and receives public, verbal recognition at the event. Ore Cart Pull ($3,000) This event is the longest standing tradition and is the official opening event to E-Days. Attendees include public officials, prominent members of the Mines community, friends and donors of the institution, prospective students, families and other civic spectators. Students parade up the Capitol steps to receive official Engineering Days proclamation delivered by the Governor or other government official. Benefits: Includes full page, recognition piece in E-Days E-zine, and logo on Ore Cart Pull T-Shirt. Presence at capital with photo op possible, if requested. Comedy Show ($4,000) This event brings in an estimated attendance of 1100 students. Talent is typically a nationally headlining comedian. This event is the student kickoff of E-Days. Benefits: Includes company banner displayed during comedy show (supplied by company), full page, recognition piece in E-Days E-zine, ticket billing, 10 complimentary passes to the show, and public, and verbal recognition at the start and close of event. Cardboard Boat Races ($5,000) This event displays feats of creativity and engineering prowess. An integral part of the E-Days tradition, heavily supported and spectated by the Golden community with over 2000 attendees. Students build full sized, cardboard boats and race down Clear Creek to compete for the ultimate prize. Benefits: Includes company banner displayed during Boat Race (supplied by company), full page, recognition piece in E-Days E-zine, and verbal recognition at the start of event. 3
Friday Night Event (TBD) ($5,000) This event is selected every year by the E-Days committee. Previous events include Game Show Night, Laser Light show, Dance/DJ Party, etc. Recent years attendance has surpassed 1,500 students and guests. Benefits: Includes company banner displayed during the event (supplied by company), full page, recognition piece in E-Days E-zine * additional terms of recognition to be determined. Carnival ($4,000) This event captures the essence of Engineering Days with the longstanding tradition of building and launching Trebuchets. This event also includes a carnival like atmosphere with food stands, game booths and activities for the Golden community. This event is open to the community at large and has exceeded 2,000 in attendance. Benefits: Includes company banner displayed during event (supplied by company), full page, recognition piece in E-Days E-zine and public, verbal recognition at the start of the event. Throw-Back Field Day ($3,500) This event has returned to campus in recent years to bring back old school competitions for student and staff teams to compete in. The event includes various competitions from past E-Days such as bed races, chain throwing, bit toss, and the Rough Neck Relay. The classic mining competitions also take place during Field Day. Benefits: Includes company banner displayed during the event (supplied by company), full page recognition piece in the E-Days E-Zine, and verbal recognition at the start of the event. 4
E-Days Corporate Support At this level we do not promise any exclusivity per event. Refreshment Sponsor ($2,000.00) We offer refreshments at every officially scheduled E-Days event. This level includes signage, public thank you, and name and logo recognition in E-Days E-zine. Signing on as the Refreshment Sponsor for a specific event Food Sponsor ($3,000.00) Includes signage, public thank you, name and logo recognition in E-Days E-zine. Giveaway Sponsor: in-kind gifts and/or services. We give away prizes throughout E-Days for various contests and events. E-Zine Advertising: based on sliding scales. Refer below.
