DECEMBER 12 Newsletter Page 3 P R E S I D E N T S M E S S A G E The Board is in the process of completing the 2013 MCC budget. Once the budget is completed, it will be posted on the Club s website. We will also address the questions, concerns and overall comments voiced by our members during the October general membership meeting. In 2013 our finances will be posted on a monthly basis so you will know how our club is performing. On 12/31 the terms of Board Members Kathe Parson, Larry Paladino and David Parks will expire. Each volunteered their time, energies and resources these past 3 years to make our club better and I thank each of them. I also want to welcome Stephanie Hopkins, Steve Haas and Ken Newton to the Board. I want to thank everyone for their participation and support. I realize the changes made in 2012 will present challenges in 2013. The Board s goal is to be receptive to suggestions, comments and most of all continue to communicate. Like many private clubs, we have needs and hopefully the changes will address those needs. I want to wish you and your families a Joyous and safe Holiday season. Steve Hillis President MCC Happy Hour Tues. Fri 5-7pm 10% Off Drinks Tues. Night Family Night Kids Eat 2115Free w/ Adult Entrée F RO M YO U R C L U B H O U S E M A N A G E R November was as beautiful as I can remember in the past few years. The change of the leaves around the course and the comfortable temps made it nice to be out on the course and around the club. The décor is changing inside the club as well as we prepare for the Holidays and all of the parties that will come along. Please consider having your family in and your office friends also during the season so we can share some good times and make some memories together. We have a Weekend Brunch early in December and a special guest will be there to talk to the kids about their wishes for Christmas Day. We have a Christmas Ladies Night early in the month also to get Momma in the Christmas Mood. I am most excited to see what the Entertainment Committee comes up with for the Big Winter Wonderland New Years Eve Party. I understand NYE is quite the blow-out at the club. I may need a week off to recover. Keep your eyes open for any special emails as we may add some more events, special nights and menu items during the week for you to come out and enjoy. Happy Holidays to everyone and I hope to see you at the club. Bill Wallace
