GOTR NOVA Impact Girls on the Run of NOVA supports girls in developing the confidence and character they need to become strong, healthy women using a unique, researchbased afterschool curriculum which creatively integrates running. Program delivered over a 10-week season by trained Volunteer Coaches who mentor and guide 3rd to 8th grade girls through experience-rich lessons that promote healthy lifestyles and positive self-image. At the end of the season, girls from across the region come together for a noncompetitive 5k event hosted specifically for GOTR NOVA families and friends.
