From Lisa & Kenny Dear Gym Owners, All-Star Directors & Coaches, Thank you for attending our 1st ever West Coast Spring Coaches Conference. We would like to thank each and every one of you for supporting this event and taking the opportunity to learn from some of the industry s most talented and accomplished coaches, instructors and cheerleading professionals. We hope that you will take advantage of every opportunity this weekend and will also be able to meet coaches from all across Canada! Please remember that video camera s are permitted in sessions - so video everything you can! We would like to thank all of our amazing speakers for taking the time to come up to Canada and share their knowledge and experiences with us. This is our 1st year hosting a conference in Edmonton, however this fall will mark the 5th year we have hosted Canada s largest Cheerleading conference in Montreal, Quebec in September. With over 20 speakers.. it is truly a national conference with vendors, speakers and coaches attending from coast to coast! If you love your experience with us in Edmonton we hope you will join us again in the fall for even more learning and professional development. There are a number of spirit industry vendors who have also taken the time to join us, so please be sure to visit their booths and learn about them and their products/services. In closing, we would like to thank you again for supporting our conference. We are both very passionate about teaching and developing athletes. Our love of cheerleading has taken us to 25 different countries and has allowed us to spend the last 7 years traveling the world and teaching the sport we love. This conference is our way to give back to YOU the coaches - many of whom have supported our work, and allowed us the privilege of working with their athletes. We hope in some way the material you learn this weekend will help inspire, encourage and motivate you this season. Sincerely, Lisa Aucoin & Kenny Feeley

Frequently Asked Questions 1. I have not registered yet for the Spring Conference, can I still attend? Simply complete the attached registration form, scan and email it to springtumbling@yahoo.com or you can bring it along to the conference with you. Registration is due by May 1st, 2014 and there will be a late fee assessed after that date. 2. What kinds of payment do you accept? We accept payments by Interac transfer (to this e-mail address) or you can directly deposit into our account at TD Canada Trust. As you may / may not be aware Spring Tumbling is an instructional cheerleading company that travels roughly 300-330 days per year. We operate a virtual office and therefore all payments must be made this way. We do NOT accept mailed in registration. So sorry! If you are planning on registering onsite you can bring a gym or school check. NO PERSONAL CHEQUES WILL BE ACCEPTED. If you need to pay by credit card we are happy to accept payments via PAYPAL to springtumbling@yahoo.com 3. My athletes want to attend a tumbling clinic which level should they attend? Level 2: Working on a backhandspring Level 3: Must have a backhandspring - working on a tuck Level 4: Must have a running tuck - working on standing tucks, layouts, etc. Level 5: Must have a PERFECT layout - working on fulls, doubles, specialty passes. Please DO NOT ask us to make exceptions for athletes based on their skill/clinic preference. Our instructors are some of THE MOST talented and decorated tumbling instructors in the world and we will be strictly adhering to USASF levels in our classes. Please consult the gym you are taking the clinics at for additional information. 4. The Stunting Clinic on Sunday is for Level 1-6 -- will I learn anything with my team? We have a large number of instructional staff on hand to demonstrate a variety of skills level 1-6. The group will be divided according to their level/ability level/experience so that all athletes are able to work within their skill range AND have the opportunity to work with as many instructors possible. 5. What can I expect to learn at the Co-ed Stunting Clinic? WHAT DO YOU WANT TO LEARN? There is NOTHING in the world our amazing collaboration of talent, experience and innovation can t teach you! We do understand that some participants are new to co-ed stunting, others are hoping to learn new skills and some are looking to be pushed and trained by the VERY best. Expect to work hard, and learn lots! 6. Where are the clinics taking place? Tumbling clinics will take place at a number of local all-star gyms in the Edmonton area. We will announce our full list of participating gyms on April 15th- you will register with them directly. Stunting clinics will take place at Alberta Cheer Empire.

Frequently Asked Questions 7. What time does the conference start and how long does it go? The conference goes 8-2pm on Saturday and 9-4pm on Sunday. Registration begins Saturday at 9am. 8. What if my athletes are at the clinics and I want to attend - will I miss some of the conference? There is plenty of material being taught both in the athlete clinics and coaches sessions so there is plenty to learn either way! 9. How do I register my athletes for the clinics? Can they register themselves? We prefer that gym s handle group reservations for their athletes. It does make things easier. Please register for the tumbling clinics with each individual gym. For the stunting clinic you can register with us directly. As we mentioned above, we accept payments by Interac transfer (to this e-mail address) or you can directly deposit into our account at TD Canada Trust. As you may / may not be aware Spring Tumbling is an instructional cheerleading company that travels roughly 300-330 days per year. We operate a virtual office and therefore all payments must be made this way. We do NOT accept mailed in registration. So sorry! There may be some spaced left for athletes on the day of clinics. If you are interested in having your athlete attend they can show up 15-30 minutes early, pay on site and complete the waiver form and they can attend. Please understand that enrollment in clinics is limited so pre-register or show up early to ensure you can secure a spot! 10. Will there be vendors present? Yes! We are expecting a number of vendors from both Canadian and American cheerleading companies! 11. Is there a host hotel? Yes! We will announce that information April 15th. 12. Are we allowed to videotape the conference sessions? Absolutely! Please feel free to videotape any sessions so long as it does not interrupt the speaker.
