1. General The Club Pattinaggio Bellinzona, member of the Federazione Ticinese di Pattinaggio (FTP), is pleased to announce the Trofeo dei Castelli 2016, an International Figure Skating competition for Clubs with the following categories: USP/ISU: Breitensport: Mini, Speranze, Advanced Novice, Junior, Senior B and Senior in single skating Starlet 4 (without USP test), Interbronze, Bronze, Intersilver, Silver (amateurs categories) The Trofeo dei Castelli 2016 will be conducted in accordance with the ISU Constitution and General Regulations 2014, the ISU Special Regulations and Technical Rules Single and Pair Skating 2014, all relevant ISU Communications and the Swiss Ice Skating Communication 2016/17, Required Elements for the Swiss Championships 2017. For Breitensport Categories please refer to SEV website. All ISU Members and Clubs, Members of National Figure Skating Federations associated with the ISU, are invited to take part in the competition. Passports or license of the skaters, as well as the ISU Clearance Certificate, if applicable, must be presented at the accreditation. Entries and deadline All ISU members and clubs, members of National Figure Skating Federations associated to ISU, are invited to take part in the competition. In case of too many entries, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to limit the number of participants. Entry must be done with the attached Entry Form. The Entry Form and the Planned Program Content Sheet for each competitor must reach the Organizing Committee no later than August 28th, 2016 at the following address: 4. In case of withdraw entry fee will not be refunded.
5. Expenses Travel expenses, accommodation and meals are at the charge of the participants 6. Liability The organizer will provide Medical Emergency Aid during the competition. In accordance with ISU General Regulations, rule 119, the organizers assume no responsibility for or liability with respect to bodily or personale injuries or property damaged incurred by participants, officials or third parties in connection with the event. 7. Music Music will be reproduced from a CD player. Each program (short program, free skating) must be recorded on a separate CD. CDs must be submitted at the time of registration. 8. Calculation of results The marking system (ISU Judging System as described in ISU Special Regulations and Technical Rules Single Skating, rule 352) will be applied for all categories. 9. Draws The starting order for free skating will be the short program result in reverse order. Consequently draws will not take place. 10. Awards The top three competitors of each category will be awarded with a trophy. The other participants will receive a medal.
