PBL MULTIPLE ACTIVATION AUTOLOCK BYPASS SYSTEM PBL SLIDING SLEEVE BIG BORE The PBL Multiple Activation Bypass System is a simple, reliable tool that can assist you in reducing drilling costs associated with different types of hole conditions. Originally developed to enable the aggressive pumping of LCM materials and to increase circulation rates, the PBL has evolved to benefit many applications in the drilling, completion, and workover phases of a well such as: Pumping all types of LCM materials, including aggressive pills and cement squeezes Increasing circulation rates for improved hole cleaning resulting in reduced torque and drag, thereby increasing ROP Increasing annular velocity in highly deviated and horizontal wellbores where removal of cutting beds and hole cleaning are problematic Fluid displacements Sub sea riser/bop jetting Acidizing and stimulation treatments Coring applications In addition, the PBL has several unique features: The PBL tool will close when the pumps are shut down minimizing a U tubing effect or possible well control issues that can occur in other tools The Autolock option, which allows for pulling a dry workstring or filling the drillstring while tripping in the hole. The Autolock option also provides an option to reverse circulate if necessary The PBL can be cycled numerous times in a single trip The ball shearing pressure can be set to the operator s preference The main body and the catcher sub can be placed in different sections of the BHA to optimize workstring operations To answer the drilling industry s need for an efficient circulating sub that can be used in conjunction with retrievable MWD probes, Drilling Systems International introduces the Sliding Sleeve Big Bore (SSBB) system. This tool provides the same reliability associated with Drilling Systems International s PBL multiactivation Bypass System as well as the same industry proven functionality. In addition, the SSBB offers several new features: Unlimited number of cycles Large ID provides the operator with the ability to deploy or retrieve probe style MWD sensors, drilling tools, or core barrels while still maintaining the ability to activate the SSBB tool The SSBB has the same applications as the standard PBL: Pumping all types of LCM materials, including aggressive pills and cement squeezes Increasing circulation rates for improved hole cleaning resulting in reduced torque and drag, thereby increasing ROP Increasing annular velocity in highly deviated and horizontal wellbores where removal of cutting beds and hole cleaning are problematic Fluid displacements Sub sea riser/bop jetting Acidizing and stimulation treatments Coring applications TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR PBL SSBB SYSTEM 9 1/2 2.63 3.53 7 5/8 Reg Unlimited 8 1/4 2.63 3.53 6 5/8 Reg Unlimited 6 1/2 2.24 2.45 4 1/2 IF Unlimited 6 3/4 2.24 2.45 4 1/2 IF Unlimited DSI DRILLING SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL DSI DRILLING SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL

PBL MULTIPLE ACTIVATION JETTING TOOL PBL SPLIT FLOW The PBL Multiple Activation Jetting Tools utilize the same industry proven components used in the PBL Multiple Activation Bypass System. Enhanced cleanout operations are conducted through an array of jet nozzles positioned throughout the sleeve: PBL MULTI JET JETTING TOOL Multiple Activation Cycles Multiple Jet Nozzle Options Multiple Sleeve Diameters Multiple Sleeve Blades Multiple Connection Options There are several unique features to this jetting tool that standout from others on the market: It is a totally balanced system that is unaected by hydrostatic pressure The ball shearing pressure can be set to the operator s preference The shear pressure can be set high to shock the drill pipe to aid in scale and cement removal The tool can be cycled multiple times in a single trip The PBL Multiactivated Jetting Tool has many uses in the drilling and completion environment: Cleanout of BOP, risers, liner hangers and liner tops without additional pipe trips Increased flowrates to aid in hole cleaning during displacements Can be utilized in conjunction with various brush and cleanout tools for maximum riser cleanup When included as part of the drilling BHA, cleanouts can be conducted while tripping out of hole TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR PBL JETTING TOOL Tool OD Connection Sleeve OD Number of Ports 3 PBL Cycles Drift ID 6 3/4 4 1/2 IF 11 12 5 1.50 6 3/4 4 1/2 IF 16 18 5 1.50 8 1/4 6 5/8 REG 16.25 12 30 5 1.50 (2.27 ) 9 1/2 7 5/8 REG 16.25 12 30 5 1.50 (2.27 ) QSST is pleased to introduce a new option for the PBL Multiple Activation Bypass System for drilling, completion and workover operations. This option is the patent pending Split Flow Dart which will allow a pre calculated amount of drilling or completion fluid to pass through the PBL Tool and on to the BHA below and the remaining fluid to be by passed out the PBL Tool ports. By splitting the flow, the operator is able to have more control over available hydraulics and hole cleaning parameters. The Split Flow Dart incorporates a jet nozzle mounted in a cone shaped dart. The ports of the PBL Tool are also equipped with jet nozzles. By pre determining the sizes of the dart and port nozzles, a calculated portion of drilling fluid can be by passed at the PBL Tool. This dart activates the PBL Tool in a similar manner as the ball utilized in standard PBL operations. The Split Flow Dart contains a shear ring manufactured from the same material as the PBL activation balls and utilizes the same, proven technology to land, activate and shear through the seat. At the time split flow is required, the Split Flow Dart is inserted into the drill string at the surface and pumped to the PBL Tool. Once landing, the PBL Tool will open once a pre determined minimum flow rate is established. After opening, the flow will be divided between the BHA and the ports to the annulus. It is important to maintain flow above the minimum rates to keep the PBL Tool completely open. Whenever pumping ceases, the PBL Tool will close and there will be no fluid communication to the annulus through the PBL Tool ports. To discontinue the split flow option, one steel deactivation ball is dropped. This ball will land in the top of the dart and shut off flow to the BHA below. At this time the flow will be exiting through the nozzled ports of the PBL Tool. These ports have a limited TFA due to the split flow option, and caution needs to taken to not develop excessive differential pressure and cause the dart to shear through the seat. When de activation (100% of flow to BHA) is required, a total of three steel de activation balls are dropped. (Drop only two additional balls if one was dropped as above to discontinue split flow) One will land in the top of the dart (as above), while the other two will cut off flow through the ports creating a pressure increase to the pre set shear pressure. This will cause the dart to shear through the seat and the dart and balls will be caught in the ball catcher cage. The Split Flow Dart option for the PBL Tool will greatly enhance hole cleaning ability while not pumping excessive fluid through the MWD/LWD, rotary steerable system, drilling motor or drill bit causing possible washouts and difficulty steering. This simple and reliable system will save the operator large amount of rig time and thus money. Please contact your QSST Representative for more information on the Split Flow Dart. 1 Sleeve Blades coated with casing friendly material 2 Alternate diameters may be available DSI DRILLING SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL DSI DRILLING SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL

WEDGETAIL ROLLER REAMER WEDGETAIL ROLLER REAMER Reliable Sealed Bearing Roller Reamer Reduced torque, stick slip and vibration Improved bit performance and extended BHA component life Assured full gauge hole, with better log quality and easier casing running Reduced need for time consuming back reaming Increased ROP All well known benefits of running Roller Reamers, instead of fixed blade stabilizers, but often not realized due to the inherent risks of running traditional tools that were built for ease of manufacture, rather than durability, ease of use and reliability. X Drilling Tools (XDT ) has developed a superior Roller Reamer to provide enhanced run life with a unique and robust retention mechanism, allowing dependable reliability. An innovative stationary pressure equalization system ensures that the seals within each roller cartridge, and the sealed journal bearing they protect, enjoy a greatly extended life, complimenting the premium grade carbide that retains full gauge. The patented Taloc locking mechanism utilizes two opposing tapered conical wedges, which focus the locking forces along the body of the tool. This allows a narrower pocket, for increased Flow-By area, but creates much higher locking forces that ensure full roller retention; yet the simple design facilitates safe cartridge replacement in a matter of minutes. The longitudinal locking mechanism also places less stress on the radial pocket design, and XDT have never had a WedgeTail crack in the pocket ever! Features & Benefits One piece roller cartridge for ease of maintenance, safety and security Self locating, self orientating to a truly neutral alignment No residual stresses prior, during or after dressing Extremely easy to maintain Unique longitudinal locking mechanism: stronger retention, narrower pockets Greater flow-by area Shorter upset length Reduced hole choking Greater carbide efficiency carbide positioned in helical pattern around cutters Constant 3 point wall contact, for better surface finish on hole Bi-directional rollers as standard Allow constant back reaming Allow 90% of premium carbide to be placed on gauge diameter Ensure forces are transmitted equally over the centre of bearing shaft Advanced stationary pressure equalization No moving parts ensure 100% reliability Stress relieved body profile to enhance flushing and cooling of cutters Allows body flex, for reduced fatigue Allows communication of flow-by areas High temperature rating of seals and grease to 220 C Spesifications: Hole Size 5 7/8 6 6 1/8 Body Number XMA 1001 Roller Cartridge Number XMA 1040 XMA 1050 XMA 1060 ID Fishing Neck Diameter Max Body Diameter 1.5 4.75 5.3 Flow-By Area Sq inch 5.1 5.9 6.8 Gauge Length Total Length 3 Point 2.44 67 6 1/2 XMA 1151 XMA 1040 1.75 4.75 5.9 6.9 2.44 67 6 5/8 6 3/4 6 7/8 8 3/8 8 1/2 8 3/4 8 7/8 9 9 1/2 9 1/4 9 3/8 9 7/8 10 10 1/8 10 5/8 11 3/8 11 1/2 11 5/8 12 12 1/8 12 1/4 14 1/2 14 5/8 14 3/4 16 17 XMA 1201 XMA 1501 XMA 1566 XMA 1576 XMA 1651 XMA 1801 XMA 2001 XMA 2201 XMA 1040 XMA 1050 XMA 1060 XMA 1540 XMA 1550 XMA1560 XMA 1540 XMA 1550 XMA 1590 XMA 1540 XMA 1550 XMA 1590 XMA 1540 XMA 1550 XMA 1590 XMA 2030 XMA 2040 XMA 2050 XMA 2030 XMA 2040 XMA 2050 XMA 2030 XMA 2040 XMA 2050 XMA 2601 XMA 3050 XMA 4050 2 4.75 6 2.25 6.75 7.75 2.25 6.75 8.25 2.25 8 8.625 2.8125 8 9.375 2.8125 8 10.2 2.8125 8 10.83 3.150 9.75 13.33 7.5 8.5 9.5 9.7 10.9 13.4 10.2 11.6 16.5 9.2 10.6 15.9 13.4 15.0 20.9 19.8 21.4 22.9 26 27.7 29.4 44.6 46.8 49.0 3.150 9.75 13.4 59.9 72.5 2.44 67 2.75 75 2.75 75 2.75 75 2.75 75 3.84 83 3.84 88 3.84 92 3.84 92 17 1/2 XMA 3001 XMA 3050 3.150 9.75 14.9 81.8 3.84 96 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 XMA 5001 XMA 3050 XMA 4050 XMA 6001 XMA 3050 XMA 4050 XMA 9001 XMA 3050 XMA 4050 XMA 9050 Other sizes can be provided with custom cutters built to request. 3.150 9.75 19.4 137.6 165.7 3.150 9.75 21.4 158.3 189.6 3.150 9.75 23.4 208.8 243.2 253.9 3.84 96 3.84 96 3.84 96 Values contained above are nominal values. www.xdrilllingtools.com www.xdrilllingtools.com info@xdrillingtools.com

Tercel SwivelMASTER Tercel EzeeGLIDER The EzeeGLIDER is a highly durable, wear resistant engineered polymer centralizer that reduces torque and drag and does not bind or jam as metal products do. The tool has demonstrated field proven lower friction coefficients, leading to superior drag and rotational torque reduction and no requirement to rotate the completion assembly at any point during the operation. The SwivelMASTER is a workstring deployed tool that resolves potential sticking and loss of hookload on drill strings by allowing the upper string to be rotated without rotation or torque being applied to the string or BHA below. A lockable mechanism also allows full torque to be transmitted to the BHA below. The result is a dramatic reduction in workstring friction above the SwivelMASTER. With a reduction in sticking so crucial to operators in attaining TD, the SwivelMASTER reduces the hookload required to reach TD and pay zones and extends well construction boundaries, allowing application engineers to model the well and predict any issues before running in hole. The significant increase in available force at the tool and reduction of drag also facilitates the deployment or retrieval of complex equipment in ERD wells - equipment that would previously have been lost in hole - providing significant savings in client time and cost. MAKING IT BETTER Tercel s SwivelMASTER has enabled drilling to reach TD and completion on the world s longest horizontal well at 12,345 meters. With 160 runs and no failures, SwivelMASTER s track record is unrivaled. Applications Provides enhanced deployment and retrieval capabilities in ERD, highly deviated and horizontal well bores for applications such as: Lower sand screen and multi-lateral completions Horizontal liners (cemented or non-cemented) Slotted or pre-perforated liners Gravel pack installations TCP gun deployment Fishing Firing jars Deploying deep set packers Casing exits Features Clutch mechanism allowing the string above the tool to be rotated independently from the string below Heavy duty compression and tension bearing High torque capacity clutch Standard rotary connections Large ID Multi-function option Long life rotary seals Adjustable operating pressures Hydraulic function Back-up locking feature Short compact design Benefits Extends the current well construction boundaries on ERD and highly deviated wells Increases length of open hole completion providing additional reservoir exposure/drainage Allows wells from fixed locations to access by-passed oil Improves operational efficiency Reduces cost and risk Eliminates the need for other friction reduction tools such as sub based friction reduction tools Provides force required for firing jars by eliminating drag Eliminates stick slip when deploying critical components such as whipstocks and multi-lateral completions Facilitates offshore well development from onshore or artificial island rig sites Reduction of drag in tension allows retrieval of equipment that would previously have been lost in hole Customer benefits of the tool, made from a high temperature high-pressure injection-molded engineered polymer, include reduced torque and drag and enhanced deployment and removal capabilities in ERD, highly deviated and horizontal well bores. The EzeeGLIDER also extends well construction boundaries, increases the length of open hole completion to provide additional reservoir exposure/drainage and places forces where they are required instead of being lost in the form of drag. Applications Lower sand screen and multi-lateral completions Extended reach/horizontal wells Horizontal liners (cemented or un-cemented) Deploying deep set packers Rotating cemented liners Drilling with casing/liners Multi-laterals/window exits Protection of open hole packers/accessories Tough open hole conditions Features Material has an ultra-low friction co-efficient High durability and wear resistance Thermal stability and insulation Light weight, low density material Spiral 25 degree or passive 5 degree blades High compressive strength Short compact design Benefits Extends the current well construction boundaries on ERD and highly deviated wells Increases length of open hole completion providing additional reservoir exposure/drainage Provides a bearing when drilling with casings or with liners Allows wells from fixed locations to access by-passed oil Improves operational efficiency and puts forces where they are required instead of being lost in the form of drag Allows liners to be consistently rotated whilst cementing providing better zonal isolation Can eliminate the need for other friction reduction tools Provides string rotation while running liners and casings to ensure they reach planned depth MAKING IT BETTER Whether it be vertical, horizontal or ERD wells, cased or open hole applications, or weak formations, Tercel s broad selection of centralizers are playing a key role in reducing torque and drag and reaching planned TD.

Tercel NaviGATOR Tercel SlickSHOE The NaviGATOR is a casing-based tool that ratchets and rotates the end of a casing or liner string by reciprocating the pipe. A casing reamer shoe or guide shoe with an eccentric profiled nose can be placed below the tool so that the relative rotational motion from reciprocation can be used to orientate the nose over or past obstructions. The tool, which can be used on cemented or un-cemented casing strings, completions, liners and sand control screens, is simple to install and improves the probability of casings, liners and other open hole deployed systems reaching planned TD. NAVIGATOR WITH SHOE The NaviGATOR with shoe sees the shoe placed below the tool so that the relative rotational motion from reciprocation can be used to orientate the nose over or past obstructions. Applications Lower sand screen completions Liners (cemented or un-cemented) Floated casings All casing strings Slotted or pre-perforated liners Gravel pack installations TTRD completions Multi-lateral completions Casing exits Features Available in most standard casing/liner versus open-hole combinations Drill out ID matches casing being run Flow by areas have been maximised for circulation and cementation Strength to suit casing specifications Supplied with customer specified casing connections Continuous ratchet with higher strength than connection Can be provided with either a SLICK body or a REAMING body The SlickSHOE is an eccentric aluminum nosed casing guide shoe that guides casing to TD when ledges or washouts may exist and when a cement nosed guide or float shoe is not considered robust enough. The SlickSHOE is more robust than a cement nosed guide or float shoe and is available in most casing sizes and connections. Flexibility is also key to the SlickSHOE which can be provided with shear out flotation plugs and a bullnose or run in conjunction with the NaviGATOR to provide end of casing rotation when the full string cannot be rotated. Customer benefits include a significant reduction in the risk of damage to the casing shoe cement integrity, improved bit performance and longevity (as the bit spends less time in hole), fast drill out times and the increased probability of reaching planned TD. Applications Provides enhanced deployment in problematic formations, coal beds, sloughing shale, ledged well bores, ERD, highly deviated and horizontal well bores for applications such as: Lower sand screen completions Liners (cemented or un-cemented) All casing strings Slotted or pre-perforated liners Gravel pack installations TTRD completions Multi-lateral completions Casing exits Features Fast drill out eccentric aluminum nose Large flow by area Short compact design Matched to client casing weights and threads Hollow tool Can be provided with shear out flotation plugs Can be provided with bullnose Benefits Increases probability of casings and liners reaching planned TD Fast drill out time significantly reduces the risk of damage to the casing shoe cement integrity which could cause leak off or ledge issues at the shoe Fast drill out significantly reduces drilling inside casing time thus protecting BHA and casing Improves bit performance Provides low cost improvement in operational efficiency Lower cost insurance Can be run in conjunction with a NaviGATOR to provide end of casing rotation when the full string cannot be rotated MAKING IT BETTER Tercel s Casing and Reaming Shoes offer a range of options for increased drilling efficiencies and reduced NPT. The shoes protect casing integrity, make it possible to ream to planned TD and facilitate casing runs and cementing. Benefits Increases probability of casings, liners and other open hole deployed systems reaching planned TD Provides end of string rotation where the full string cannot be rotated Rides over ledges or orients to path of least resistance Provides improvement in operational efficiency Low cost Insurance Fast drill out - tool has no components to drill out other than the eccentric aluminium nose, therefore reducing drilling inside casing time, thus protecting BHA Simple to install and use, no operator required MAKING IT BETTER Tercel s Navigator tools play a crucial role in rotating the end of casings and liners and avoiding obstructions; dramatically improving the probability of casings and liners reaching planned TD when rotation cannot be applied.

Tercel BridgeBUSTER Tercel GunDRILL REAMER The BridgeBUSTER is a reamer shoe designed to be run on the bottom of the casing or liner to enable strings to be washed, rotated and reamed to planned TD. The BridgeBUSTER fitted with the FastDRILL nose reduces the time required to drill out while still maintaining a high compressive strength. The right hand spiral stabilizer and cutting structure with 360 degree coverage minimizes the risk to the BHA and improves casing shoe stability. With the customer s need for flexibility and customization in mind, there are at least 35 variations of the BridgeBUSTER developed to date with the tool able to match whatever casing weights and threads the client requires. Benefits to customers include improved drill out times without compromising the reaming capabilities, a reduction in NPT and increased opportunities to reach TD. Applications Provides enhanced deployment in problematic formations, coal beds, sloughing shale, ledged wellbores, ERD, highly deviated and horizontal wellbores for applications such as: Lower sand screen completions Liners (cemented or un-cemented) All casing strings Slotted or pre-perforated liners Gravel pack installations TTRD and multi-lateral completions Casing exits Features Fast drill out eccentric aluminum nose 360 degree cutting structure coverage Large flow by area Short compact design Matched to client casing weights and threads Hollow tool Can be provided with shear out flotation plugs Right hand spiral stabilizer Casing bore protection Benefits Increases probability of casings and liners reaching planned TD Can be run in conjunction with a NaviGATOR to provide end of casing rotation when the full string cannot be rotated Provides low cost improvement in operational efficiency Fast drill out significantly reduces drilling inside casing time protecting BHA and casing Fast drill out time significantly reduces the risk of damage to the casing shoe integrity which leads to leak off or ledge issues at the shoe Improves bit performance MAKING IT BETTER Tercel s Casing and Reaming Shoes offer a range of options for increased drilling efficiencies and reduced NPT. The shoes protect casing integrity, make it possible to ream to planned TD and facilitate casing runs and cementing. The GunDRILL Reamer is a versatile drilling reamer. This unique PDC-based reamer is the only one of its type on the market today, delivering accurately gauged and high quality wellbores. This tool can open boreholes in cases of severe swelling and/or borehole instability. It provides reaming through a simple blade design that uses proprietary Tungsten Carbide Inserts (TCI) that provide more reaming or stabilization according to the drilling and formation conditions and maintains the gauge for extended durations. TCI distribution is optimized to provide continuous reaming in longitudinal and radial directions. The Tercel PDC distribution works with our in-house cutter matrix design, resulting in balanced drilling and reduced vibrations. PDC gauge is passive allowing it to interact with formation only when undergauge occurs. The GunDRILL Reamer is highly flexible being uni-directional for applications where only back reaming is required and bi-directional for applications where front and back reaming is required. BISN WEL-LOK M2M PLUG BISN LABORATORY SERVICES PROFILE For over 50 years bridge plugs and cement has been used for well abandonment (P&A) and workover and is still the material of choice. However the failures of cement abandonments using bridge plugs has been reported on many occasions, some of which have resulted in fatal consequences. BiSN has developed a range of patented products including the BiSN Bridge PlugTM designed to address the shortcomings associated with using bridge plugs and cement. BiSN s tools use an alloy based on bismuth that is melted in situ. Our tools use the expansion properties of Bismuth to seal the well. Bismuth is one of the few elements that expands on solidification. The in situ melting of the Bismuth based alloy allows the alloy to flow into all the available features of the casing wall. This allows a strong seal to be created, even in corroded or cracked casings. Once the heat source is removed the Bismuth based alloy will cool and due to the composition it will expand upon freezing. The expanding bismuth based alloy creates a strong corrosion resistant seal. This process removed the need to use a bridge plug and cement. The range of bismuth based alloy deployment tools including the BiSN Bridge Plug are designed to address various problems including: Leaking bridge plugs (failed P&A) Gas migration Well Abandonment (P&A) Casing Repair Water Cut Off Vent Gas Flow (P&A) Poor Cementing Jobs (P&A and workovers) Restricted Casing, making P&A difficult Corroded Casing ISO 14310 testing 100 s of tests carried out Hydraulically tested to 10,000 psi Pneumatically tested to 5,000 psi with no bubbles Not effected by large range temperature cycling Tests repeated in different casing different sizes Different melting point alloys up to 250C V0 Tested with Nitrogen and Helium The BiSN Bridge Plug has been developed to be run on a standard wireline with no need for a workover rig. This greatly reduces the rig time needed to complete abandonments (P&A) or workovers. As well as providing a superior seal compared with bridge plugs, the costs are also significantly reduced due to the reduced rig time. The bismuth based alloy plug is also highly corrosion resistant and is not affected by Hydrogen Sulfide. (H2S). The BiSN Bridge Plug offers a faster, superior and more cost effective solution to alternative products and bridge plugs on the market.
