COMPOSITION/INFORMATION ON INGREDIENTS Listed below are all the hazardous ingredients, with CAS# and hazard data, of this mixture, pursuant to NJ Admin Code Title 8, Chap 59 (NJ Worker and Community Right to Know Act) and the Special Health Hazard Substance List (NJAC 8:59 10). This exceeds Federal OSHA requirements. NJ requires that the five most predominant ingredients be listed, which may include a Trade Secret Registry Number (NJTSRN) to cover those nonhazardous top five ingredients not specifically listed. Available health hazard and physical property information concerning the mixture is furnished in this data sheet. In the event of a medical emergency, specific chemical information will be made immediately available to a treating physician or nurse. Ingredient(s) CAS Number Weight % OSHA PEL ACGIH TLV NJTSRN: 6050BLK SECTION 3. HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION Emergency Overview: As noted in the preface to published values adopted by the ACGIH, TLV s represent conditions under which it is believed that nearly all workers may be repeatedly exposed day after day without adverse effect. Because of wide variation in individual susceptibility however, a small percentage of workers may experience discomfort from some substances at concentrations at or below the threshold limit; a smaller percentage may be affected more seriously by aggravation of a pre existing condition or by development of occupational illness. Potential Health Effects INGESTION: Slightly irritating to gastrointestinal tract. Can cause headache, diarrhea, drowsiness, breathing difficulties, nausea, vomiting. 1

MSDS# 6050-01 EYES: Moderately irritating or other symptoms (redness, blurred vision, etc) persisting more than seven days with reversible corneal opacity. SKIN: INHALATION: Slightly irritating. Prolonged or widespread contact may lead to defatting or dermatitis. Slightly irritating to nasal and respiratory tracts. Can cause headache, drowsiness, dizziness, breathing difficulties, nausea. SECTION 4. FIRST AID MEASURES INGESTION: Currently available information does not contraindicate induction of vomiting. Induce vomiting, if conscious, as directed by medical personnel. Seek medical attention. EYES: SKIN: INHALATION: Flush immediately with water for at least 15 minutes or until medical personnel indicate to stop. Seek medical attention. Remove contaminated clothing. Thoroughly wash with soap and large amounts of water. Seek medical attention. Remove to fresh air. Restore breathing. Treat symptomatically. Seek medical attention. SECTION 5. FIREFIGHTING MEASURES FLASH POINT ( F, TCC): >240 FLAMMABLE LIMITS: LEL: unknown UEL: unknown LEL value reported is lowest listed for any ingredient in mixture EXTINGUISHING MEDIA: Water fog, Multipurpose foam, Dry chemical, CO2 SPECIAL FIREFIGHTING PROCEDURES: Fight as volatile liquid fire. 2

MSDS# 6050-01 SECTION 6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES SPILL OR LEAK PROCEDURES: Secure area and remove all sources of ignition and heat. Prevent additional discharge of material. Absorb small spills with sand, filter aid, vermiculite or other inert absorbent material. For large spills, prevent material from entering sewers or water courses. Contain spill with sand, or earth dikes. Recover as much as possible by pumping. Treat remainder as small spill. Dispose of waste in accordance with applicable government regulations. Wear chemical goggles, gloves, boots, and protective clothing. Wear respirator if necessary. SECTION 7. HANDLING AND STORAGE STORAGE TEMPERATURE: 40 90 F SHELF LIFE: Recommended use within 12 months. Refrigeration will extend shelf life. HANDLING AND STORAGE PRECAUTIONS: Store in tightly closed or properly vented container away from heat, sparks, open flame, or strong oxidizing agents. Containers must be properly grounded and adequate ventilation provided. Unscrew all caps slowly. Do not unscrew entirely until all pressure has been completely released. REPAIR & MAINTENANCE OF CONTAMINATED EQUIPMENT: Handle all equipment containing liquid mixture as reported on this MSDS. Equipment with dried mixture must be handled with the same care as other dried organic coatings. All cleaning material should be handled according to their instructions and their MSDSs. OTHER PRECAUTIONS: Use only with adequate ventilation. Dispose of empty containers promptly and properly. SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS: None SECTION 8. EXPOSURE CONTROLS/PERSONAL PROTECTION EYE PROTECTION: Eye protection such as chemical splash goggles and/or face shield must be worn when possibility exists for eye contact due to splashing or spraying liquid, airborne particles or vapor. Contact lenses must not be worn. SKIN PROTECTION: Depending on the conditions of use, protective gloves, clothing, boots, head and face protection should be worn. RESPIRATORY/VENTILATION: If workplace exposure limits of product or any component is exceeded, NIOSH/MSHA approved respiratory protection must be used. ENGINEERING CONTROLS: Provide local exhaust or general room ventilation to minimize exposure to vapors. 3
