In the event the Texas Junior Livestock Association exercises the right retained hereunder, it shall refund, or, as may be the case, release Sanctionee from liability for payment in the amount of the sanctioning fee. Should Sanctionee exercise said right to terminate the contract, the Sanctionee agrees to forego any and all claims for damages against Sanctionor, and further agrees to waiver any and all rights which might arise by reason of the terms of this contract, and Sanctionee shall have no recourse of any kind against Sanctionor. Should Sanctionee decide to change the dates of a sanctioned show after the beginning of the 2016-2017 Awards Year, then there shall be no penalty as long as Sanctionee contacts the TJLA Office about the change of dates at least 30 days prior to the revised date of the show. Sanctionee agrees to pay a cancellation fee of $50.00 per ring for any show cancelled within 30 days of show date. Nothing contained in this contract shall be deemed or construed to create a partnership or joint venture between the Sanctionor and Sanctionee, or cause the Sanctionor to be liable in any way for the debts or obligations of the Sanctionee. 8. This contract shall become null and void if not properly executed and returned to this office within 60 days prior to the TJLA Sanctioned Show.

License Agreement continued 9. Rules and Regulations in Regard to Show Approval: Sanctionee hereby agrees to comply with the following TJLA Rules and Regulations in regard to show approval: a) Sanctionee agrees to sign and return a License Agreement at least sixty (60) days prior to Sanctionee s said show or contest. This does not preclude opening the show to 4-H and FFA members from other states; this is up to the individual show management and the Texas Animal Heath Rules and Regulations. c. Sanctionee agrees to allow the TJLA to put up banners at their show completely at the TJLA s expense should the TJLA choose to do so. e) Sanctionee agrees to publicize prior to the show how much of the entry fees will be paid back to the exhibitors. Sanctionee may do this by publicizing a percentage, a breakdown of the entry fee, or any similar means. f) Sanctionee agrees to allow Sanctionor to set up a booth at Sanctionee s show or contest without charge to Sanctionor. This booth shall be set up at the expense of Sanctionor and shall be used to promote the Texas Junior Livestock Association, its sanctioned shows and merchandise. g) Sanctionee agrees to submit the results of said show or contest in its entirety to the Texas Junior Livestock Association office within ten (10) days of the completion of said show or contest. ALL show results become the property of the Texas Junior Livestock Association and may not be reproduced without written permission. h) Any show not returning results within two weeks of their show will be penalized an increase in sanctioning fees of $50.00 per Ring. If Sanctionee does not report the results to Sanctionor within thirty (30) days after the show, requests for approval of any subsequent show may be denied. Failure to report the results of the show within thirty (30) days may result in a fine of $100.00 per ring and the name of shows with missing show results will also be reported on www.theshowbox.com and or The Showbox Magazine. j) Sanctionee understands that Sanctionor will not publish Sanctionee s show as one of the official Texas Junior Livestock Association Sanctioned Shows for 2016-2017 until License Agreement has been signed and returned to Sanctionor. This may result in Sanctionee s show not being listed in some official Texas Junior Livestock Association publications for 2016-2017. k) Sanctionee will not hold Sanctionor responsible for the formation or enforcement of Sanctionee s individual show rules. These are the sole responsibility of Sanctionee. l) Sanctionor will not be responsible for incorrect results submitted by any Sanctionee. m) Sanctionee agrees to give information on the breed identity of animals whenever breeds are mixed in competition. n) Sanctionee agrees not to allow sanctioning by any other organization or club calf, lamb or pig association other than the Texas Junior Livestock Association without the express written permission of the TJLA.
