Dear Boxing Friends, We would like to invite your YOUTH MALE Boxing Team to participate in our INTERNATIONAL BOXING TOURNAMENT, which we organize in Benidorm, Spain from SEPTEMBER 19 (Arrival) to SEPTEMBER 24 (Departure) 2017. Benidorm (Valencia), has been selected to host the International Boxing Tournament BOXAM 2017 due to its great importance as a Boxing Center of the country. It is also a tourist city with an important sports center of Spain. It is the perfect opportunity for your YOUTH MALE Boxing Team to prepare, along with other top-level National Teams, the EUBC EUROPEAN YOUTH CHAMPIONSHIPS, which will take place in Turkey from October 14 to 23. ELIGIBILITY OF BOXER AND AGE CLASSIFICATION AGE CLASSIFICATION: Boxers between the ages of 17 and 18 will be eligible to compete (born between January 1, 2000 and December 31, 1999) WEIGHT CLASSIFICATION: Youth Men 10 Weight Categories: 49kg, 52kg, 56kg, 60kg, 64kg, 69kg, 75kg, 81kg, 91kg, +91kg.

COMPOSITION OF OFFICIAL DELEGATION: Each Team Delegation can have the following number of officials: 1 3 Boxers: 1 Coach + 1 Official +1 R/J AIBA. 4 6 Boxers: 2 Coaches + 1 Official +1 R/J AIBA. 7 15 Boxers: 3 Coaches + 1 Official +1 R/J AIBA. 6. NUMBER OF ROUNDS: Three (3) rounds of three (3) minutes, one (1) minute rest between rounds 7. SCORING SYSTEM AIBA Scoring System - 10 Point Must-Scoring System will be used. 8. REFEREES AND JUDGES R&J are sent by National Federations. For the fair play and successful competition, it is highly recommended to NFs to bring their AIBA R&J 1, 2 or 3 Stars. 9. REGISTRATION FORMS Please filled the all attached forms, print and send them all back to the Organizing Committee, signed by the National Federation s President or Secretary General till: a. All Boxers must bring along with them: Record book with annual medicals duly completed and updated Current and valid Passport b. Each Team Delegation must bring the following: National flag 1x1.5 m
National anthem (on MP3 or CD) c. Boxer s Uniform: Each boxer must bring two sets of uniform. The colours of these two sets of uniform must be in accordance with AIBA Technical and Competition Rules. 11. TRANSPORTATION All the delegates will be welcomed at International Airport Valencia / International Airport Alicante by the staff of the Organizing Committee to be transported to the Hotel. The Organizing Committee will provide local transportation to all participants between the airport and the hotel and the competition venue free of charge. Each National Federation will organize and pay for the travel arrangements for their athletes and officials from their country to and from International Airport Valencia / International Airport Alicante to their country. 12. ACCOMMODATION a. Room Rates for Team Delegations are as follows: FOR SINGLE OCCUPANCY ( 1 Person per Room) FOR DOUBLE OCCUPANCY (2 Persons per Room Twin Beds) FOR TRIPLE/QUADRUPLE OCCUPANCY (3/4 Persons per Room Three/Four Twin Beds) EUR 65 per Person, per Day, including 3 meals. EUR 50 per Person, per Day, including 3 meals. EUR 45 per Person, per day, including 3 meals. The room rates are provided for the tournament period only and apply from September 19 to September 24, 2017. b. Payment of Hotel Room Charges: All travel expenses must be covered by participating teams. The Spanish Boxing Federation will provide local transportations for all the teams the 19 and the 24 of September. 13. INSURANCE 14. VISA All team should have checked out by 12:00 on September 24, 2017. All participants are requested to get their own travel and medical insurance. Those countries that need entry Visas for Spain must send us: a. List with names of Participants. b. Birth Dates. c. Passport Numbers. d. Copies of Passports. Not later than 10 August 2017 and contact Embassy of Spain in their countries in advance or the nearest Consulate of Spain in neighboring countries. The organizing committee will provide all the necessary facilities for all the participating countries to enter into Spain. To ensure and speed up the visa application process, please remind to fill in the final Entry form carefully and send it to the organizing committee in due time. Based on this form the organizing committee will issue a formal visa support letter to facilitate the visa procedures.
