The Foundation commits to making a difference in people's lives and the future of our community through integrated health services and internationally recognized programs. The Cardiac Care Unit at St. Joseph's Healthcare is grateful to be a beneficiary of this tournament. Helping send kids to Camp Kadimah and support the Hamilton Jewish Community Centre. Camp Kadimah encourages every camper to reach their full potential with the opportunity for self-expression by creating an atmosphere of adventure, creativity, friendship and unity. You will also help send a child to Camp Huronda, a D-Camp operated by the Canadian Diabetes Association. At D-Camps, children are empowered to self-manage diabetes in a supportive, nurturing environment. At D-Camps, children make connections with other kids who get diabetes. They often maintain these connections year-round. At D-Camps, children develop a sense of independence through active outdoor activities such as swimming, hiking, campfires and canoeing. The Beth Tikvah Foundation of Hamilton advocates on behalf of adults with developmental disabilities and provides appropriate supports. This includes making services available in the community and in a home which honours Jewish cultural and religious traditions, while encouraging integration of residents into both the Jewish and broader Hamilton communities. In a scramble, each player tees off on each hole. The best of the tee shots is selected and all players play their second shots from that spot. The best of the second shots is determined, then all play their third shots from that spot, and so on until the ball is holed.
