WARRANTY U.S. Tape Company warrants to the purchaser that should this product or any part thereof, under normal use and conditions, be proven defective in material or workmanship within the first twelve month period from the date of shipment, such defects(s) will be repaired, replaced, or credited at the Company s option, without charge for parts or labor directly related to the defect(s). RETURNS and CLAIMS Prior authorization must be obtained through customer service before any return to the factory will be honored for credit or replacement at our discretion. All order discrepancies must be reported to customer service within 0 days of invoice date.
