VENUE Yair Stern St. 29, Ramla 5. COMPETITION RULES The WTF Competition Rules. 6. METHOD OF COMPETITION Single elimination tournament according to WTF Competition Rules. 7. WTF Global Athlete licence According to WTF/ETU Rules for G1 Tournaments, all competitors and coaches including Senior - Junior and Cadets must have the 2015 WTF Global Athlete licence.

CLASSIFICATION OF RESULTS Medals will be awarded to the top four athletes in the respective classifications and weight divisions of the pertinent championships: 1 st PLACE: GOLD MEDAL & CERTIFICATE 2 nd PLACE: SILVER MEDAL & CERTIFICATE 3 rd PLACE: BRONZE MEDAL & CERTIFICATE 3 rd PLACE: BRONZE MEDAL & CERTIFICATE Best Teams will be awarded to the third best teams in the total classifications and weight divisions: 1 st PLACE: Cup 2 nd PLACE: Cup 3 rd PLACE: Cup According to the following: For every Gold Medal 7 points For every Silver Medal 3 points For every Bronze Medal 1 point 9. CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION Airfare and Accommodation Round trip airfare and accommodation charges of room and board shall be borne by the participating teams. Entry Fees For each contestant the entry fee is 75 Euros. Entry fees will be paid during the registration and weight-in of the athletes before the Tournament.
4 10. CLOSING DATE FOR ENTRIES REGISTRATION Entries completed before August 5 th 2015. Registration ONLINE by TAEKOPLAN via www.tpss.nl 11. INTERNATIONAL REFEREES The following conditions shall apply: i. International Referees are required to pay for their own roundtrip airfares. ii. The Organizing Committee shall pay for the expenses for four (4) nights stay of room and board. iii. Check-in: September 4 th 2015 (Friday) / Check-out: September 8th 2015 (Tuesday) The Organizing Committee shall pay a per diem of US$100 to the mentioned International Referees for each competition day. iv. Closing date for Referees registration July 1 st 2015. v. Registration for International Referees through e-mail: tkd@smile.net.il 12. TECHNICAL DELEGATE The Israel Taekwondo Federation will appoint the Technical Delegate. 13. WTF-RECOGNIZED TAEKWONDO UNIFORM (DOBOK) AND PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT i. Participating contestants are required to wear WTF-recognized doboks and WTF-recognized protective equipment. The latest version of WTF-recognized manufacturers list is available at the website of WTF (http://www.wtf.org/wtf_eng/site/about_wtf/recognized.html). ii. The Organizing Committee will provide in Senior, Junior and Cadet categories DAEDO PSS, Electronic Body Protectors, to the participating contestants. Participating contestants are required to bring along their own head protectors, groin guards, mouthpieces, gloves, DAEDO sensing socks, and shin and forearm guards for their personal use before entering the field of play, all contestants will proceed to the inspection desk for inspection of their doboks and protective equipment. Any contestant who wears unofficial doboks or protective equipment will not be permitted to compete. The contestants will use their own head protectors if this decision should be changed. 14. MEDICAL CONTROL The WTF Anti-Doping Rules, and where necessary the Code of the World Anti-Doping Agency, shall apply throughout the competitions.
5 15. WEIGH-IN Weigh-in of all the contestants shall be completed one day before the first day of competition. 16. INDEMNITIES i. The respective national taekwondo associations shall be responsible for ensuring that their participants have validly completed and signed the official participation forms, thus indemnifying the organizers, its officials and other contestants from any claims of injuries, losses, fatalities or otherwise arising in the course of participation in this championships or any activities thereto. ii. The respective national taekwondo associations shall be responsible for ensuring that all officials and participants are covered with effective insurance coverage. iii. Participants without proper participation entry forms and effective insurance coverage will not be allowed to compete at the championships. 17.
