2.Academy manual A written plan,in which you can find the general, technical and tactical goals for training and matches:this plan is accurately watched and influenced by the academy director and taken into practice by the coaches.

5. Way of playing To develop the players during matches you need to give them a guideline; that is a fixed way of playing, FC Shakhtar academy will play 1:4:3:3. An academy can give itself its own identity by having a fixed way of playing: thus it will bring structure in the matches. 6. Trainingplan A trainingplan has to be a guideline for coaches; it has to inspire them to prepare the training sessions. The trainingplan is written according to the football vision of the club. The way of playing has to influence the way of training.
