NO SCRATCH bumper is a firm thermoplastic feature integrated into the bike rack to protect a user s bike from being scratched. To produce a product superior to everything else on the market, we needed something that is vandal resistant, but still has a soft touch that is friendly toward bikes. That s why we chose Santoprene and Polyurethane for the No-Scratch line of bike parking racks. Both of these materials are manufactured with processes similar to hard plastics. The difference is that both Santoprene and Polyurethane behave more like rubber compounds, with high levels of flexibility and durability. With that, comes excellent longevity in hot and cold environments. As an added bonus, Santoprene is 100% recyclable, which is an important element in our dedication and commitment to the environment. TYEP 304 STAINLESS STEEL is our metal of choice for use in manufacturing high quality bike parking products. For years, the market has been convinced that stainless steel has to be prohibitively expensive. Our team at Sportworks didn t agree and set out to change that perception. And we have. MOUNTING SOLUTIONS
MOUNTING RAILS MOUNTING HARDWARE SURFACE MOUNT This mount type uses mounting feet and appropriate hardware to anchor the rack to the ground. Sportworks recommends using tamper-proof hardware for greater security. IN-GROUND MOUNT The in-ground or embedded mount type requires the rack to be installed prior to placing the concrete. DESCRIPTION Allows for easier movement of racks if not secured to the ground for events, etc Versatile and adaptable based on site requirements (perpendicular or angled parking with any Sportworks inverted u style rack) 6-10 bike configurations per set of rails DESCRIPTION Variety of mounting hardware options for all of our products We will consult with you to determine the best hardware for your specific application. Various mounting options can be explored on the right side of the page RAIL MOUNT Mounting rails allow racks to be grouped together and may be left freestanding or anchored to the surface to ensure they stay in place. WALL MOUNT Special mounting hardware will be required for various wall surfaces, concrete, drywall, etc. Our experts can assist you in selecting the right hardware for your installation. TAMPER-PROOF HARDWARE If the bike racks will be bolted to the surface, we recommend the use of breakaway nuts or other security hardware.
