Program Highlights Two On Ice Team Practices per week - Target ratio of 60:40 training to game Additional On ice skills session every 2nd week Home Games at South Surrey Arena International size ice Off-Ice Training Sessions each week with MyAthletic Performance On Ice Skills testing twice per season Off Ice Fitness Testing 3 x per season Individual skills video assessment Dedicated goalie instruction Formal Individual player coach feedback Nutrition programs and information Teambuilding and Leadership and community engagement events One travel and two local tournaments including major tournament in Kamloops in January, plus BC Hockey Championships 9
