Local Specifications: Progressive payments after 70 days of equipment delivery under each item head. 3. Validity: Offer is valid for a period of 16 days from date of submission. 4. Once order is confirmed we shall provide: a. Drawing for pump skids. b. System P & ID. 5. All electrical devices integral to the supplied equipment or modular skids and equipment and all intra-skid wiring are included. 6. All other electrical/mechanical systems and equipment will be furnished by the purchaser unless otherwise stated in this quote. 7. Purchaser shall provide any transformation or power conversion equipment required to accommodate line-side power equipment. 8. Variable cost if any occurred will be invoiced after job completion. 9.
