PSV Eindhoven A club with a long and proud history of youth development. The approach at the Academy is that young players must radiate selfconfidence and pride. The aspiring young Academy players are told they should be dominant on the pitch. Youth staff are constantly drumming the message: "Show guts and dare to make mistakes". In 2015 for the first time in their history PSV opened its doors to school groups from the UK to be coached by their youth coaches and experience the philosophy that makes the club unique.
PSV Training Complex De Herdgang, PSV s training facilities, is situated in the outskirts of Eindhoven on 5km from the Philips Stadium in woodland surroundings. The top class facilities consist of Ten full size football pitches and extensive training facilities One full size 3g pitch Fitness centre.
