Rules and Regulation 1/ 2/ 3/ 4/ 5/ Date: 1.-3. September 2017 - U12, 8.-10. September 2017 - U14 Location: Ledna dvorana Maribor, Koresova 7, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia Game schedule: round robin or teams will be divided into two groups, each team plays min. 5 games Age Category: players born 2006 and younger U12, players born 2004 and younger U14 Game: - Playing time is 2 x 20 minutes (stopped time) with a 2 minute break between the periods. If the current score of the game is +5 or more the time is running. - Any such issues will be resolved by the disciplinary committee comprised of the Tournament Board of Directors and one representative of the competing teams. All decisions are final. - Each team must have two kind of jerseys (light, dark); - Each player must identify himself with I.D. card or passport; - Minimum 15 players in each team and goalkeeper; - In case of protest: it is possible within 15 minutes after certain game (under payment 50 EUR); when protest accepted, payment is returned; - Game officials: medical assistance and game officials will be provided by organizers. - Awards: all players receive medals (gold, silver, bronze) and the winning team receives a trophy. MVP, best scorer and best goalkeeper are awarded on closing ceremony. - Liability: The sponsors, organizers and officials are released from all liability for accident which may occur at this event. Each team must carry its own insurance. - The standings within a given group will be determined as follows: - Win - 2 points - Tie - 1 point - Loss - 0 points - In case of equal number of points, the following rules valid : a) the higher number of points from direct games b) difference in winning scores c) number of the scores given d) by lot - Schedules of the competition will be submitted at least 7 days prior to the beginning of the tournament. 6/ Closing ceremony will take place directly after the last game of the tournament.
