Maintaining leather products: Thank you for purchasing our FLUX snowboard boots. To ensure the safe use of your boots for many years, please make sure to read this instruction manual. In this product, genuine leather is used on the surface portions indicated by the red arrows in the image below. Note that while the genuine leather portions have been finished to repel water, the boots themselves are not completely waterproof. Follow the reference and caution steps below to keep the leather in good condition. REFERENCE: Applying wax and water-repelling agents before use will help in reducing both the buildup of dirt and the deterioration of the product s water repellency. Note that when a wet leather product dries, it may develop a bloom (a white-to-yellow colored deposit) on its surface. This bloom may form as the oils in the leather come to the surface and dry. This will not cause any problems in using the product. Note that although we pay close attention to the color of our products, discoloration may occur due to environmental factors and perspiration during use. When you purchase any third-party wax and/or water-repelling agents for maintaining this product, ensure to check their instruction guides. For boots made of full-grain leather or synthetic fibers, ensure to use a wax or a water-repelling agent suitable for that material. Some wax products and water-repelling agents may cause the color of the product to fade or change. Please test them on an inconspicuous portion of the product before use. Make sure any wax products you use do not soften the leather. Do not spray any water-repelling agents onto the sole or other rubber parts of the product, as this may lead to deterioration and peeling of these parts of the product. MXS-LACE
