Merry Christmas To All December at a Glance: The Studio will be closed Monday, December 19 th Dec. 30 th for the Christmas Break, we will reopen Tuesday, Jan 3 rd. Class Christmas Parties, we will be having Dance parties in Class the week of Dec. 12 th. Tuesday Classes will celebrate on Tue. Dec. 6 th. We invite dancers to wear their pajamas to class for their class parties. Bad Weather Please remember, if the area schools close due to bad weather, our dance studio will also be closed. Tuition Payments TUTITION Tuition payments are due on or before the 4 th of each month, except Sept, due by the 8 th and Jan. due by the 5th. A late fee will be posted to any unpaid accounts on the 5 th of each month. If an account goes unpaid until the 20 th of the month there will be an additional $25 late fee posted to the account. Payments may be made online thru your parent portal, in person by debit or credit Card or cash, you may also set us up from your credit union or bank s electronic bill pay. [Issue] :: [Date] Company D Pick up, Drop off Instructions & Studio Rules: For the safety of all or dancers we have detailed instructions for pick up & Drop off instructions. Please follow the map below, we will NOT allow dancers to run across the parking lot to get in cars. Studio rules are in place to keep the decorum of the studio pleasant for all. If you are Drop off & Pick up Parent s, PLEASE do not allow your children to walk from the parking lot in front of the cars in drive thru. We will NOT allow dancers to walk from studio doors to parking lot unescorted unless they drive their own vehicle. If you do not want to go through the drive thru, you will have to park and come inside to get them or drop them off. This is only for their safety. If everyone will follow these instructions to enter the drive thru, the traffic flow will not take long. SEE MAP ON ATTACHMENT For Drop Off-You need to enter our drive thru in the outside lane. Turn off Twin City Hwy onto the street passed our studio (Detroit St), then turn left on 12 th and left on our Street (Chicago). This will keep you in the outside lane of our drive thru. For Pick Up- You need to enter our drive thru in the inside lane. Turn off Twin City Hwy onto Boston Ave. then turn on the alley street behind our studio so you can enter the inside lane to the drive thru. Those of you who have not experienced Pick Up/Drop Off of students will think this sounds ridiculous but if you try to enter the lane you need to be in from the opposite way, you will cause the flow of traffic to be blocked. Ballet Classes Pre Kindergarten & Kindergarten: Camisole leotard with attached skirt from Chic or Shabby Dancewear, pink tights, pink ballet shoes & and hair in bun. 1 st grade Ballet: Black Camisole leotard with pull on skirt from Chic or Shabby Dancewear, pink tights, pink ballet shoes.
