SOF Combat Diving Program Objectives To provide for the modernization and advancement of engineering, manufacturing, testing, development, and transition of SOF peculiar diving technologies to the end users. The plan is to provide capabilities to all USSOCOM components Technology Development Strategy To elevate commercial technologies modifying them as necessary to make them SOF unique in order to expedite the development process and save on overall costs
