SESSION HANDOUT Presenter Ann Saldi Schedule 15 min: Introduction 15 min. History/Background and Application of Zumba Formula to this program. 30 min: Breakdown of Core moves executed in each song. 1 hour: Master class!! (Total: 2 hours) Session Objective Instructors will have the ability to provide a unique, safe and effective form of cardiovascular/flexibility workout. Instructors will learn various core moves and combinations based on the art of Striptease. Instructors will have the ability to implement sexy moves and rhythms into their already existing Zumba classes. History & Background Striptease is ancient art. It wasn t until the early 20th Century that Burlesque morphed into what we know today as sexy Striptease.
