It allows Air Liquide to blend, mix, compress and analyze gas mixtures in a single operation. Because the ACUBLEND process is so tightly controlled, the mixtures produced are completely homogeneous from top-to-bottom within the cylinder, from cylinder-to-cylinder, and even from batch-to-batch. Identical mixtures can therefore be supplied in as many separate cylinders as needed. Having multiple cylinders that contain identical mixtures can greatly streamline the instrument calibration process.
