Our U10-U18 teams ALL practice in our Foothills Training Facility The Calgary Foothills Training Facility is a full service, 43,000 Square foot state of the art training centre. It offers 5 Indoor Turf Training Fields, Sports Science Department complete with a Weight Training Room equipped with high end commercial grade fitness equipment, Coaches Room & Meeting Room. Available to ALL our players aged U10-U18.

U10 PROGRAM 2006-2007 born Players $390 Registration Fee Mandatory Academy Training for Tier A & Tier B teams with qualified technical trainers of 1.5 hours per Additional $200 Academy fee for 14 academy sessions Academy Training optional for Tier C & D teams on a team-by-team basis (14 sessions for $200) Total of 3-6 hours per week depending on level of play. Tier A(Games will be Sundays) Tier B(Games will be Saturdays & possibly Mondays) Tier C(Games will be Sundays and possibly Thursdays) Tier D (Games will be Saturdays and possibly Wednesdays) Tier A (WILL PLAY CMSA FUTSAL) 2 X 75 min team practice 1 X 90 min academy session 1-2 CMSA games per week (on average) played at soccer centres around the city. 1 X 60 min FREE drop in skills session per week with qualified technical trainers.(optional) Tier B (WILL PLAY CMSA ARENA SOCCER) 2 X 75 min team practice 1 X 90 min academy session 1-2 CMSA games per week (on average) played at soccer centres around the city. 1 X 60 min FREE drop in skills session per week with qualified technical trainers.(optional) Tier C & Tier D (WILL PLAY CMSA ARENA SOCCER) 1 X 75 min team practices 1 X 90 min academy session (Optional Program and is on a team-by-team basis for $200) 1 X 60 min FREE drop in skills session per week with qualified technical trainers (Optional) 1-2 CMSA games per week (on average) played at soccer centres around the city. 2015/2016 Indoor season games begin November 1 through March 6, 2016

U12 PROGRAM U12 Premier Program Tier 1 & Tier 2 2004-2005 Born Players $450 Registration Fee, plus $495 academy fee for ALL Tier 1 & Tier 2 for 18 weekly with qualified technical staff $275 skills & sport science program fee for 18 weekly skills sessions & 18 X 30 minute sport science sessions Total of 6.5 hours per week TIER 1 & TIER 2 TEAMS 1 X 75 min team practice per week with team coach plus 30 min sports science session with qualified sports science staff 1 X 60 min team practice per week with team coach plus 1 X 60 min skills session with qualified technical trainers 1 X 90 min weekly academy session with qualified academy staff coaches 1 CMSA game per week (on average). Tier 1 plays Futsal at either Soccer Center and U12 Premier Program Tier 3 2004-2005 Born Players $450 Registration Fee, plus $495 academy fee for ALL Tier 3 players for 18 weekly $200 for 12 X 60 min skills sessions & 12 X 30 min sport science sessions (optional on a team-by-team basis) Total of 5.5-6.5 hours per week TIER 3 TEAMS: 2 X 75 min team practices per week 1 X 90 min academy session with qualified academy staff coaches Skills sessions & Sport science training is optional and is on team-by-team basis for an additional fee 1 CMSA Match per week (On Average). Games played at various soccer centres around the city on any day of the U12 Recreation Program Tier 4-6 2004-2005 Born Players $450 Registration Fee Total of 2-4 hours per week depending on additional optional programs the team is participating in.
