Page 3 of 10 We sent down water from the sky in right measure, and caused it to stay in the earth. { 81} 32 - سورة املؤمنون ۰۰۱۸ وا ن اى ل ع با ه ذ ه ب و ر د ق لن ١ وا ن ل ز ن ا ن م ء ا م سلا ء ا م ر د ق ب ه ن ك س ا في ف ض ر ا لا We sent down water from the sky in right measure, and caused it to stay in the earth, and We have the power to cause it to vanish (in the manner We please). { 88} 32 - سورة الزخرف ۰۰۱۱ ك ل ذ ك ن و ج ر خ ت ١ ا ن ر ش ن ا ف ه ب ة د ل با ت ي م ١ و ي ذ لا ل ز ن ن م ء ا م سلا ء ا م ر د ق ب He Who sent down water from the sky in a determined measure, and thereby revived a dead land: likewise will you be raised up (from the earth). And He it is Who has subjected the sea for you. { 83} 81- سورة النحل وى ر ت ك ل ف لا ١ و و ه ي ذ لا ر خ س ر ح ب لاا و ل ك ا ت ل ه ن ما م ح لا ي ر ط وا و ج ر خ ت س ت ه ن م ة ي ل ا ه ن و س ب ل ۰۰۱۴ ر خا و م ه ي ف وا و غ ت ب ت ل ن م ه ل ض ف و م ك ل ع ل ن و ر ك ش ت And He it is Who has subjected the sea that you may eat fresh fish from it and bring forth ornaments from it that you can wear. Page 4 of 10 It is Allah Who created the heavens and the earth, Who sent down water from the heaven and thereby brought forth a variety of fruits as your sustenance, Who subjected for you the ships that they may sail in the sea by His command, Who subjected for you the rivers, Who subjected for you the sun and the moon and both of them are constant on their courses, Who subjected for you the night and the day, and Who gave you all that you asked Him for. Were you to count the favours of Allah you shall never be able to encompass them. Verily man is highly unjust, exceedingly ungrateful. { 82-83} 34 - سورة اجلاثية و ۰۰۱۲ ه لل ا ي ذ لا ر خ س م ك ل ر ح ب لا ي ر ج ت ل ك ل ف لا ه ي ف ه ر م ا ب وا و غ ت ب ت ل ن م ه ل ض ف و م ك ل ع ل ن و ر ك ش تن ۰۰۱۳ ن ا ي ف ك ل ذ ت ي ا ل م و ق لن و ر ك ف ت ي ١ ر خ س م ك لا مي ف ت و م سلا وس اي ف ض ر ا لاا ع ي م ج ه ن م Allah it is Who has subjected the sea to you so that ships may sail upon it by His command and you may seek of His Bounty and give thanks to Him. He has subjected to you all that is in the heavens and the earth, all being from Him. Verily there are Signs in this for those who reflect. Which of the wonders of your Lord will you both you men and jinn then deny? From these seas come forth pearls and coral. Which of the wonders of your Lord's power will you twain you men and jinn then deny? Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain you men and jinn then deny? سورة الفرقان- 42} 34 { و و ه ي ذ لا ج ر مر ح ب لاا ذ ه ب ذ ع تا ر ف وا ذ ه ح ل م جا ج ا ١ و ل ع ج ه ن ي ب خ ز ر ب وا ر ج حو ج ح م ۰۰۵۳ And it is He, Who has let loose the two seas, one palatable and sweet, the other bitter and saltish, and there is a partition between them, which is an insurmountable barrier. سورة فاطر - 24 83} { و سا و ت س ير ح ب لا ١ ا ذ ه ب ذ ع تا ر فغ ى ا سه با ر ش وا ذ ه ح ل م جا ج ا ١ و ن م ل ك ل ك ا تا م ح لا ي ر ط و خ ت س ت ة ي ل و س ب ل ١ وى ر تك ل ف لا ه ي فر خا و م ت ب ت ل ن م ه ل ض ف وك ل ع ل ر ك ش ت ۰۱ The two masses of water are not alike. The one is sweet, sates thirst, and is pleasant to drink from, while the other is salt, bitter on the tongue. Page 6 of 10 The deeds of those who disbelieved, maybe likened to a mirage in a waterless desert, which the thirsty one took for water; but when he reached there he found nothing to drink; nay, he found there Allah Who settled his full account, and Allah is very swift at reckoning. Or (their efforts may be likened to those of a man trying to swim in) a deep dark ocean, covered with billows, one over the other, and above it a cloud: darkness upon darkness: so much so that if he stretches out his hand, he cannot see it. There is no light for the one whom Allah does not give light. Who is it Who guides you through the darkness on land and sea? { 12} 32 - سورة النمل ه ل ا ء ع م ١ ن م ا م ك ي د ه ي ي ف ت م ل ظ ر ب لا و ر ح ب لا و ن م ل س ر ي ح ي رلاا ر ش ب ن ي ب ي د ي ه ت م ح ر ۰۰۶۳ ى ل ع ت ه للاا م ع و ك ر ش ين ١ ه للا Who is it Who guides you through the darkness on land and sea? And Who sends winds as heralds of good tidings ahead of His Mercy? Is there any god associated with Allah (in this task)? Exalted be Allah above whatever they associate with Him in His Divinity! { 12} 1 - سورة األنعام ۰۰۹۷ د قا ن ل ص ف ت ي ا لا م و ق ل ن و م ل ع ي ١ و و ه ي ذ لا ل ع ج م ك ل م و ج نلاا و د ت ه ت لا ه ب ي ف ت م ل ظ ر ب لا و ر ح ب لا It is He Who has made for you the stars that you may follow the right direction in the darkness of the land and the sea. We have indeed spelled out signs for the people who have knowledge. To whom do you pray: "If He will but save us from this distress, we shall most certainly be among the thankful? "Say: "It is Allah alone Who saves you from this and from every distress, and yet you associate others with Allah in His divinity."say: "It is He Who has the power to send forth chastisement upon you from above you, or from beneath your feet, or split you into hostile groups and make some of you taste each others' violence. Page 8 of 10 Do you not see that ships sail in the sea by Allah's Grace that He may show you some of His Signs? Surely there are Signs in this for everyone who is steadfast, thankful. When waves engulf them (in the sea) like canopies, they call upon Allah, consecrating their faith solely to Him. But when He brings them safely to the land, some of them become lukewarm. None denies Our Signs except the perfidious, the ungrateful. سورة يونس - 84 33} - 32 { و ه ي ذ لار ي س يي ف ر ب لا ور ح ب لا ١ ى ت حا ذ ا م ت ن كي فك ل ف لا ١ و ن ي ر ج م ه ب ح ي ر بة ب ي ط و و ح ر فا ه ب ت ء ا ج ح ي ر ف صا ع و ه ء ا جج و م لا ن مم ل نا ك م و و ن ظم ه ن ا ط ي ح ا م ه ب ١ ا و ع د ه للا ص ل خ م ه لن ي دلا ١ ن ى ل ي ج ن ا ن م ه ذ ه و ك ن ل ن مر ك شلا ۰۲ ا م ل فهى ج ن ا ا ذ ا م ه و غ ب يي فض ر ا لا ر ي غ ب ق ح لا ١ ي ا ي سا نلاا م ن ا ك ي غ بى ل ع س ف ن ا ١ عا ت مو ي ح لا ي ن دلا ١ م ث ن ي ل ا ع ج ر م ب ن ن فا م ب م ت ن ك ل م ع ت ۰۳ He it is Who enables you to journey through the land and the sea. And so it happens that when you have boarded the ships and they set sail with a favourable wind, and the passengers rejoice at the pleasant voyage, then suddenly a fierce gale appears, and wave upon wave surges upon them from every side, and people believe that they are surrounded from all directions, and all of them cry out to Allah in full sincerity of faith: 'If You save us from this we will surely be thankful. But no sooner than He rescues them than they go about committing excesses on the earth, acting unjustly. Men! The excesses you commit will be of harm only to yourselves, (Enjoy, if you will) the fleeting pleasure of this world; in the end you shall all return to Us, and then We shall tell you what you did. He is ever Merciful towards you. When a calamity befalls you on the sea, all those whom you invoke forsake you except Him. But when He brings you safely to the shore you turn away from Him, for man is indeed most thankless. Do you, then, feel secure against His causing you to be swallowed up by a tract of the earth, or letting loose a deadly whirlwind charged with stones towards you, and there you will find none to protect you? Or do you feel secure that He will not cause you to revert to the sea, and let a tempest loose upon you and then drown you for your ingratitude whereupon you will find none even to inquire of Us what happened to you? Indeed, We honoured the progeny of Adam, and provided them with rides on land and sea and provided them with good things for their sustenance, and exalted them above many of Our creatures.
