Volume 60, page 2 Improvements at the club Thank you to Steve, Travis, Bill, Tom, John, Phil, Mike, and the list goes on for building the new stairway for the sporting clay tower! The guys did an awesome job repairing the tower structure, residing it, building a platform and stairway that is sturdy and safe for all to use! The 100 yard range shelter is finished. Our new shelter is bigger and will provide years of use at L. We still need to spread gravel and add shooting stations at a later date.

Something new we are doing this year is drawing a class and the winner of the class wins a flat of shot shells! We drew D lass and the winner of the Shot Shells is Dave Nance! ongrats to all class winners and congrats to Dave! Thank you to all who helped with the shoot! We always appreciate everyone that helps at L s events and this award will be given to someone that expresses a great L spirit! Sporting lays will be closed Thursdays before each event. Thank you Jeff Geisler for setting another awesome 5 stand! Shooters drove to L from all over Indiana along with a few from Illinois. Thank you for making the trip and we hope you will be back!
