RULES FOR MEN ART. 1 PARTICIPATION The event is reserved to the fencer men (upgraded junior), amateurs or masters regularly members with their Federation. The presentation of the license 2014/2015 is obligatory, no exemption will be granted. ART. 2 FENCING EQUIPMEN The organizers decline any responsibility in the event of accident. This competition will be carried out in accordance with the directives of the FFE/FIE. ART. 3 TECHNICAL DIRECTORY The technical Directory will settle without call all the cases not envisaged to the present regulation. In the event of dispute, the fencer must be able to justify of its identity, near the Technical Directory, under penalty of exclusion of the competition ART. 4 REWARDS Delivery of the rewards to the eight first classified men. ART. 5 ENGAGEMENT A charge of engagement of 15 euros will be paid on-site registration. No inscription will be accepted after November 20 st 2014. The inscriptions can be carried out by E-mail : escrimemonaco@monaco.mc. They are required to mention the names, surname, year of birth of the fencers involved and the name of the referee. It is reminded that all clubs involving four or more fencers must provide a referee. ART. 6 FORMULA 1 or 2 tournaments turns. Table of direct elimination without another chance. No inscription will be accepted after Wednesday November 19th 2014 (23H59). For licensed FFE, engagements will be online on the website of the FFE specifying the referee (+ 3 fencers).in the event of absence of fencers of Club engaged with the competition, persons in charge where failing this the other fencers must discharge expenses of engagement corresponding to the totality of the fencers engaged by the Club under penalty of seeing itself excluded from the competition. If all the fencers miss the right by the Club to take part in the next federal competition is conditioned by the justification of payment of the rights of engagements to the organizing club.
