USA Gymnastics Ohio Trampoline & Tumbling Organization 2016 Ohio State Championships Saturday, April 2, 2016 State Meet Competition Venue Address: Marion Veterans Memorial Coliseum 220 East Fairground Street Marion, Ohio 43302 January 27, 2016 Dear Trampoline and Tumbling Coaches, Attached you will find the information you need to participate in the 2016 Ohio Trampoline & Tumbling State Championships. The meet will be held on Saturday, April 2nd, at Marion Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Marion, Ohio. USA Gymnastics Ohio State Chair, David Steigerwald, is the meet director for this event. The meet will be conducted in three sessions, from 9am 5pm(Tentative). Entries must be emailed by March 4, 2016. Registration fees are due no later than March 6, 2016. It is important to note that entries are to be emailed while entry checks are to be mailed separately. Entries should be emailed in EXCEL Spreadsheet form to: Dennis Bryant at: ohkystatemeet@gmail.com. The registration check, one hard copy of registration, one copy of current USAGym Team Roster and a copy of all coaches PRO Membership Card attending the event is to be mailed to address below. Please make sure to follow the deadlines for entries, changes, and corrections. Get your registrations in early to ensure that your athletes will be able to compete in the meet. All submissions after March 6, 2016 will not appear in the program. The judging panel is being coordinated by Ben Staysniak, Ohio T&T Technical Chair. Equipment: Awards: Ross Athletics will be supplying our equipment again this year consisting of: 84 International Rod floor with 31 run up and 10 x20 landing zone Two Euro Tramp 7 x14 above ground trampolines with all required safety decks Euro Tramp Double Mini Trampoline with delineated landing zones per USAG standards 1 st -5 th placements will be recognized in all award ceremony after each session. Participation Ribbons will be handed out to all athletes in attendance. Admission Cost: Adult (13 and over) - $8.00, Children (5-12) - $5.00, Senior Citizens - $5.00, 4 and under Free
