WHAT TO EXPECT 1. PLANNING Our Event Sales Manager will help you plan every aspect of your event, then our Event Captain will help execute your vision down to the smallest detail. They will be available through phone and email throughout this process. 2. CHECKING IN On the day that your group arrives, they will be greeted in our lobby by your dedicated Event Captain. 3. MEETING Our conference and banquet spaces will be tailored to your specifications for every meeting. 4. EATING Seating styles, catering and linens can be customized to your group s size and your desired experience. We ll help you every step of the way. Safety is of the utmost importance to us. Our racing crew will ensure that everyone has a fast, fun and safe turn around the track by taking each guest through our pre-race training session. 6. GEARING Now that you re ready to race like a pro, it s time to gear up like one with our certified racing helmets and headsocks. Please be sure all of your racers arrive wearing closed-toe shoes. 7. TEAM BUILDING OPTIONS Competition builds character, but it can be hard to draw the line. At Autobahn, we believe racing is the ultimate way to let loose, have fun and build lasting memories along the way. Below are some popular racing formats that are sure to bring your group together. BLINDFOLD CHALLENGE Communication is key here, as the driver is blindfolded and given his or her instructions by other group members seated in the vehicle. They attempt to guide the driver around a series of obstacles as fast as possible. Blindfold driving always raises a laugh and can be run alongside other activities. PIT CREW CHALLENGE Teams compete against each other for time. Each team completes a series of pit stops for tires and fuel. Penalties are assessed for any violations (i.e., loose wheels) found by the officials. Each time a team completes a pit stop they regroup and work on strategy. The team with the fastest final time after penalties wins. 7

FULL-FACILITY RENTAL Renting our entire facility is the best way to provide a premium experience. Closing Autobahn from the public for your event enables your group to enjoy unlimited racing and complete access without having to experience the distractions that come with day-to-day operations. CATERING An event is only as strong as the food it serves. When you plan an event with us, your Event Sales Manager will help you select the caterer that best fits your group s size and dietary preferences. We will then handle the order and delivery so that your experience is both easy and efficient. BrushFire BBQ Co. is the best place in Tucson to get fresh, high quality tender smoked brisket, pork and poultry, delicious messy fries, fresh bread, six different barbecue sauces and more! We are dedicated to serving Habit Forming barbecue! We smoke our meats daily, as well as make our ten side dishes from scratch. Born in Magdalena, Sonora in 1961, Daniel Contreras opened his first hot dog stand in Tucson in 1993. As a boy he ate, slept and breathed baseball (he was nearly a champion at 12), now he puts that same drive into Sonoran food. He owns and operates three El Guero Canelo restaurants and a meat market in Tucson, and a bakery and tortilla factory in Magdalena (he had to be sure the quality was just right). Ed Irving and Bob Greenberg carefully cultivated their vending truck business into what is now a 23-location restaurant chain that specializes in, among other items, their signature frozen fruit drink. In the beginning you might have met Ed or Bob serving their lemon eegee s drink in front of high schools, at sporting events and concerts. And today you can still order the same lemon eegee s that Bob and Ed first started selling in 71. Fortunately, there are now more flavors to choose from (lemon can get old after 35 years) and you can order a sandwich or other baked goods to complement your eegee s, but it s essentially the same cup of brain-freezing fruit goodness that was served truck-side more than 40 years ago. 10
