B-net on all banks (around 1500-2500 meters depending on course length and amount of banks) and other dangerous positions. Other safety nets and padding (for trees, lift-towers, etc.) as per required by race jury. As per attached or FIS approved other device new dimensions since season 2008/2009. 8 (12 if heats of 6) baskets for colored bibs are required at the start. Blue for dying the race line (minimum 4 pumps and 4 skiers to do the dying) Red colour only for finish line. A suitable board in the finish area (marked as OFFICIAL NOTICE BOARD ) - close to the exit gate (minimum 2 x 2 meters) to post results, heat sheets, jury decisions, etc. and to write down times/rank during Qualification and Finals. A suitable board in the start area (minimum 1 x 2 meters) to post official results, jury decisions, information and to write down times and ranks during Qualifications and Finals. Available for competitors - minimum 5 x 5 meters, closed, secured and heated - (restaurant within 100m maximum distance is adequate) Hot tea and cold water (without gas) should be made available during training and competition for competitors. 1 toilet located adequately close to the start area (restaurant within 100m maximum distance is adequate) Specifications as per sound company and local situation during competition not too much noise to interfere with the race and TV English is required and the host national language optimum set up are two announcers (during inspection, qualifications and awards). Very important musical selection depends on the audience and local habits, but should be ambivalent to snowboarding Located to serve the spectators in the finish area and integrated in the overlay plans. OC provides min 26 radios to run the competition (2-3 channels according to FIS radio list/radio protocol) OC is required extra radios for internal communication. A minimum of 5 ski doo s (with experienced drivers) is required for the finals in SBX or a suitable lift just beside the SBX-course (tbd.) Poles/ Gate Flags Long poles: Minimum of 40 red and 40 blue f i x e d plastic poles and a minimum of 4 gate keys from the OC Stubbies: ASS (Angerer Sport Service, Peter Angerer, peterangerer@seekarhaus.at) may bring the stubbies/short poles minimum of 4 gate keys required from the OC Gate flags: ASS (Angerer Peter) may bring the gate flags if no hosting sponsor is used on the gate flags, if requested SBX Venue Requirements.doc/07.11.16 4
