Peden Stadium Fan A-Z Guide ADMISSIONS All fans entering Peden Stadium, with the exception of children age two (2) and under, must have a valid ticket to gain admission. Any fan looking to exit and re-enter the stadium may do so at Gate 1 only. ALCOHOL POLICY Alcohol is strictly prohibited at Peden Stadium. Inebriated individuals will be denied admission, and any attempt to bring alcohol into the facility may result in ejection from Peden. Also, anyone caught in possession of alcoholic beverages will be ejected from the stadium. No refunds will be given in any of these cases. ANIMALS Animals are not allowed inside Peden Stadium with the exception of service animals and service trained animals for guests with disabilities. ATM S There is no ATM at Peden Stadium. The closest ATM s are located at Grover Center, Baker Center, and the Ohio University Credit Union BAG SEARCH All bags entering Peden Stadium are subject to search upon entry by law enforcement officers or event personnel. Guests are encouraged to return unauthorized items to their vehicles. Ohio University cannot safeguard items which are not permitted into the stadium. This policy is in effect for all Guests who visit Peden Stadium. BANNERS, FLAGS, and SIGNS Signs must be handheld, event-related, in good taste, and cannot obstruct another Guest's view. They may not contain commercial messages, logos, or political endorsements. Game management reserves the right to confiscate signs that are in violation of stadium policy. BOTTLES and CANS Patrons are not permitted to bring in glass or plastic bottles, cans, or any other beverage containers. Coolers are also prohibited from entering the stadium. BROADCAST For information on television and radio broadcasts, please contact the Media Relations Department at 740-593-1298 or visit www.ohiobobcats.com for more information on broadcast dates and times. CAMERAS Video cameras are strictly prohibited inside of Peden stadium and any guest in possession of one will not be permitted entry into the stadium. Still cameras are permitted; however, flash photography is prohibited as it has the capability to interrupt play.

CELLULAR PHONES The use of cellular phones is permitted inside Peden Stadium. Game management encourages all fans to be considerate to their fellow fans when using their cell phone. CHEER SQUAD/DANCE TEAM Ohio University Athletics supports both a cheer quad and dance team who perform on gamedays. The un-ticket child must sit on their parent or guardian s lap during the game. COMPLIMENTS, COMPLAINTS, and COMMENTS Any feedback from visitors of Peden Stadium can be express to the game management staff by visiting the Fan Services Booth located directly outside of Gate 1. This booth opens three hours prior to kick off and remains open until the end of the first quarter. Fans with feedback after the start of the second quarter can speak with any uniformed event staff member or can submit their feedback via the Ohio University Athletic Department feedback Website at http://ohiobobcats.cstv.com/feedback/ohiofeedback.html CONCESSIONS Concession stands are located in both the west and east tunnels. An additional concessions stand is located between gates one and two. All concession stands at Peden Stadium are cash only, no debit or credit cards will be accepted. DISABLED GUEST RESTROOMS Accessible rest-rooms are located in the center portion west tunnel of Peden Stadium located under seating sections 101-108. All accessible guests are encouraged to utilize these facilities. If a disabled patron needs assistance getting to a restroom, please notify the nearest event staff member or law enforcement officer. DISABLED GUEST PARKING All accessible parking is located directly outside of Gate one at Peden Stadium for ease of stadium entry by our accessible guests. Additional accessible parking spaces are available in lot three (next to Walter Hall) and in the Convocation Center lot with proper state issued accessible parking hang tags. These spaces are given out on a first-come first-served basis. An accessible drop-off zone will also be located directly outside of gate one in lot one. These seating areas are in front of sections 109-116. Each ADA seat is positioned next to an additional chair reserved for the accessible fan s companion. A limit of one companion to each disabled fans is enforced. ELEVATORS Elevators are located in both North and South Towers at Peden Stadium. Ticket holders looking to access the Tower Club or the President s Reception Area (both floors requiring credentials or specialized tickets) should utilize the North Tower elevator. All working personnel, event staff and media members will be instructed to utilize the South Tower elevator. EMERGENCIES In the event of an emergency please contact the nearest event staff member or law enforcement officer or visit the First Aid tent in the Southeast corner of the stadium. You may also visit the Fan Services Booth for emergency assistance. In the event of a largescale emergency, information and instructions will be read over the public address system. All police, event management and university administrators positioned in Peden Stadium are trained to assist patrons in the event of an emergency. ENTRANCES Peden Stadium contains six (6) entrances. The lost and found is also located at the Fan Services Booth. This booth is open three hours prior to the start of the game and until the end of the first quarter. FAN MAIL Letters to Ohio University Student-Athletes and Coaches should be sent directly to the Student-Athlete or Coach at: Ohio University Department of Athletics Convocation Center Athens, Ohio 45701 FIRST AID First Aid is provided in the Southeast corner of the stadium. If an accident or emergency occurs and assistance is needed, find the nearest event staff member of law enforcement officer. At all times a paramedic team and ambulance unit will be on call in the stadium. FOLLETT S COACHES CORNER There is a Follett s Coaches Corner located inside the entrance of Gate 1 and Gate 4. Officially licensed Ohio Athletics merchandise will be on sale at these locations. FOOTBALL KICK-OFF TIMES

GATE OPENING TIMES The gates at Peden Stadium open one and a half hours prior kick-off. GROUP TICKETS For information of group sales and outings to a Bobcat football game or other athletic event, please contact the ticket office at 740-593-1300 or at 1-800-575-CATS (2287). GREEN & WHITE CLUB The Green and White Club is organized to support and boost the accomplishment of high standards of intercollegiate athletics at Ohio University. The Green and White Club has three goals: Goal #1: The Club shall encourage and recognize the achievement of excellence and sportsmanship in all endeavors of intercollegiate amateur athletics. Goal #2: The Club shall promote social and formative activities among its members and between the membership and all persons associated with the Ohio University Athletics Department. The club shall strive to increase its membership base each year. Goal #3: The Club shall contribute financially to the welfare of the Ohio University Athletics Department. Once this booth closes after the start of the second quarter, please contact the ticket office, located inside the North Tower lobby for lost and found needs. Peden Stadium and Ohio University can not be held responsible for damage sustained to lost or misplaced items. LOST CHILDREN & GUESTS Lost children and guests should report to the Fan Services Booth located outside of Gate 1 or to a designated event staff member or law enforcement officer. LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS Fans who need to replace their lost or stolen office should contact the Ohio University ticket office located either at Peden Stadium or at the Convocation Center. MARCHING BAND

The Ohio Marching 110 will perform at Pepsi Tail-Great Park before making their way over to Peden Stadium. The 110 will then perform a pre-game show on the field, a halftime show and post-game concert. MASCOT APPEARANCES For information on having Rufus the Bobcat visit your party, function or outing, please contact Teresa Dimiduk, Assistant Director of Marketing at 740-593-1168. MEDIA ENTRANCE/WILL CALL The media entrance is located at the South Tower of Peden Stadium. If a credential is being picked up, please be ready to present a photo ID. MERCHANDISE Ohio University merchandise can be purchased during the game from a Follett s Coaches Corner located inside of Gates 1 and 4. Or you can show for Bobcat gear online by visiting http://ohiobobcats.cstv.com/ot/ohio-merchandise.html NATIONAL ANTHEM Individuals interested in performing the national anthem before a Bobcat sporting event should contact the marketing office at 740-597-1374 OHIO BOBCAT CLUB The Ohio Bobcat Club serves as the fundraising umbrella of Ohio Athletics. The overall goal of the Ohio Bobcat Club is to provide funding to enhance the student-athlete experience for ALL student-athletes that comprise the men s and women s intercollegiate sports teams. The Ohio Bobcat Club is dedicated to the continued improvement and development of Ohio s athletics programs. Its members are friends, alumni and advocates of the university who recognize the value of the intercollegiate athletics experience. The voice of the Bobcats, Warren Swain, can be heard calling many Bobcat sporting events. WRAC-FM 103.1, West Union WHNK-AM 1450, Parkersburg, WV ON-FIELD ACCESS Only those with the proper credentials will be permitted on the field before, during and after an event at Peden Stadium. Anyone without the proper credential will be removed from the field and also subject to ejection from the stadium and possible arrest. PARKING PEDEN STADIUM TOWER CLUB Started in 1997, the Tower Club is Ohio s premier chair-back seating section. There are three levels available for the 2007 season (gold, silver and bronze). The gold level is the only section containing covered seating. All Tower Club members have access to private restrooms, concessions and elevators. PEPSI TAIL-GREAT PARK Tailgating pre and post-game can occur in Pepsi Tail-Great Park, located directly across the street from Peden Stadium. The park opens eight hours prior to kick-off (no earlier than 7am) and is the place to be before a Bobcat home football game. The park features entertainment areas for children, live music, the smells of charcoal grills and, of course, tailgating. Several tents are placed in the park and groups, reunion classes and local businesses will utilize them as a private party areas before the game. Parking in Tail- Great Park is limited to the first 150 vehicles. Parking passes for Pepsi Tail-Great Park can be purchased from the Ohio Athletics Ticket Office at 800-575-CATS or 740-593- 1300. PHILLIPS CLUB Started in 2001, the Phillips Club consists of the front four rows of the stadium s west stands and is comprised of bleacher-back seating. For the 2007 season the annual contribution per seat is $25.00. PLAYER GUEST WILL CALL Player Guest Will Call is located at Gate 2 of Peden Stadium. Photo identification is required to pick up player guest will call tickets PROGRAMS Ohio Bobcat Gameday, the official program publication of Ohio Bobcat Football is on sale throughout Peden Stadium for $5. There are program sales booths in the stadium as well as vendors on foot selling this publication. PROHIBITED ITEMS & BEHAVIOR The Mid-American Conference promotes good sportsmanship by student-athletes, coaches and spectators. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants and

officials in a positive manner. Profanity, racial or sexist comments or other intimidating actions directed at officials, student-athletes, coaches or team representatives will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the site of competition. Out of concern for the safety of our Guests and staff and student-athletes, the following is prohibited: Umbrellas Tripods Alcohol Pets Flash/Video Cameras Firearms Outside Food/Beverages Ice Chests Smoking Strollers Artificial Noisemakers (this does not include Thundersticks) It is encouraged that patrons return prohibited items to their vehicles as the Ohio University Athletic Department will not safeguard these items for the duration of the event. PROMOTIONS All on-field promotional activity, discounted ticket prices and other promotional activity is coordinated though the marketing department. For information on sponsoring a promotional activity or give-a-way items on a gameday, please contact the marketing office at 740-597-1374. PUBLIC ADDRESS The public address system at Peden Stadium is reserved for announcement of on-field game action, promotional and advertisement activity and emergency situations. It shall not be used for appeals over the air except in extraordinary cases. Game management shall reserve the right to deem a situation as extraordinary. QUESTIONS Any outstanding question not already answered in this guide should be directed to the Athletic Facilities and Operations Office at Peden Stadium at 740-593-4491. RADIO BROADCASTS All home and away Bobcat football games will be broadcasted over the radio on our flagship station Power 105.5 FM. Additional radio broadcast can be found by visiting the football season schedule portion of the Ohio Athletics Department Website at http://ohiobobcats.cstv.com/sports/m-footbl/sched/ohio-m-footbl-sched.html RE-ENTRY

If a guest wishes to exit then re-enter Peden Stadium, they may do so at Gate 1 only. Guests who exit any other gate during the game may not gain re-entry back into the stadium. RESTROOMS Restrooms are located beneath all permanent stands in the east and west tunnels and can be reached by exiting through any vomitorium. Only restrooms on the west side of the stadium are handicapped accessible. Supplemental toilets are placed in the south-east corner of the stadium. Diaper changing stations are located in all rest-rooms. RV PARKING Campers and RV s may park in the outside ring of Lot 4, which is located at the Convocation Center s outer ring parking area. Guests may exit the stadium to smoke. Re-entry is permitted at gate one only. STROLLERS Strollers are not permitted inside of Peden Stadium. To store your stroller during the game, go to the Stroller Corral outside of Gate 1. Ohio University shall not be responsible for lot or damaged strollers held during the game. All guests are encouraged to return strollers to their vehicles. STUDENT SEATING Student seating is located in Sections 118 through 121 and in the O-Zone located on the east side of the stadium. Students should enter Peden Stadium at gate 4. A valid Ohio University ID is required for student entry. TAILGATING The primary location for tailgating is located at Pepsi-Tail Great Park. This location is open eight hours prior to kick-off (not any earlier than 7am) and space is given away on a first come first served basis. There is tailgating only in this lot-no side-gating. TELEVISION BROADCASTS

Television broadcast information of Bobcat football can generally be found on football schedule portion the Ohio Athletic Department Website at http://ohiobobcats.cstv.com/sports/m-footbl/sched/ohio-m-footbl-sched.html If additional broadcast information is needed, please contact the Ohio University Media Relations Office at 740-593-1298. TICKETS The main Ohio University Ticket Office is located on the Convocation Center concourse and is open Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. There is an additional ticket office located at Peden Stadium and is operated on game days only. The Peden Stadium ticket office, will open three hours prior to kick-off, and is located in the North Tower outside of Gate 1. Any patron wishing to purchase tickets on non-game days must go to the Ticket Office located in the Convocation Center concourse. However, anyone wishing to buy tickets on game days may do so at the Peden Stadium ticket office or at gates one and three. For more ticket information, please call (740) 593-1300 or (800) 575-CATS. Violations, by season ticket holders or anyone, may result in revoked account privileges without reimbursement to the season ticket holder at the discretion of Ohio Athletics and Peden Stadium TICKET REPLACEMENT For information on replacing lost or stolen tickets to an event at Peden Stadium, please contact the Ohio Ticket Office directly at (740) 593-1300 or (800) 575-CATS. TICKET SCALPING The resale of tickets in the area of Peden Stadium to events at the stadium is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this policy may result in arrest or other disciplinary actions. UMBRELLAS Umbrellas are not permitted inside of Peden Stadium. In the instance that bad weather does occur, please report to the umbrella stand outside of Gate 1 to store your umbrella for the duration of the game. A claim ticket will be issued for the checked umbrella. Ohio University shall not be responsible for lot or damaged umbrellas held during the game. All guests are encouraged to return umbrellas to their vehicles. VIDEO CAMERAS Video cameras are not allowed inside to Peden Stadium and no storage will be provided for them. The use of video capable cell phones is also prohibited. Any unauthorized use of video cameras will be grounds for ejection from the stadium. VISITING TEAM WILL CALL

Visiting team will call is located at gate 2 at the north-west end of Peden Stadium (facing South Green Drive). Identification is required to pick-up tickets at will call. WHEELCHAIRS Wheelchairs are not provided at Peden Stadium and any guest requiring the use of a wheelchair must provide their own use during the game or event.
