Shooters The MEDFORD GUN CLUB welcomes everyone to our 2017 Labor Day Money Trap Shoot. This will be an eight hundred-target program shot over three days. Three events are schedule for both Saturday and Sunday; however shooters will have the option of shooting event three, doubles, on Friday if they wish. Also on Friday the Oregon Doubles Classic will be conducted starting any time after 10am. Two handicaps are scheduled for Monday, the 4th, and both are tied together for the Calcutta to be held Sunday evening. Also o n Sunday evening the Club will put on a steak dinner with all the trimmings. Dinner tickets will be available for purchase at the practice trap. Something new the Club has added for this shoot is a $1000.00 cash payout for the first 100 straight in any handicap event. There are four handicaps in this program, meaning every shooter has four chances to cash in. Good luck on this one. As always, you are welcome to use the RV parking, dump station and shower facilities anytime. Parking will be on a first come basis with a $10.00 per night hook-up fee. The Club café will be open (7am to 3pm) for breakfast and lunch during the shoot. The MEDFORD GUN CLUB reserves the right to alter all or any part of this program. SOME REMINDERS!! Shootoffs will be held immediately after the final event of the day. There will be a special event Sunday afternoon right after shootoffs. Purchase dinner tickets at practice trap for Sunday Night Steak Dinner. This tournament shall be conducted with the current rules and regulations of the Pacific International Trap Shooting Association. $1,000.00 paid to first shooter for a 100 straight in any handicap. Class winners will be advanced up one class for subsequent events. There must be 2 shooters in each event to qualify for any trophies stated. Cross Registration Targets may be crossregistered with the ATA subject to all fees, rules and requirements. Shooter must be a current member of the ATA and pay appropriate ATA daily fees and target fees. Shooter MUST shoot their longest yardage. Earned yardage will be awarded according to the rules of the Host Association of this shoot (PITA) and will apply directly to all cross-registered targets. Cards of both associations will be punched from the yardage shot.
