A handle insalled a he nozzle connecs pneumaically o inle and oule valves on he blas machine. Wih he safey pecock on he inle valve closed, he operaor depresses he handle which opens he inle valve and closes he oule o sar blasing; releasing he handle reverses he process and blasing sops. This safey sysem sops blasing should he operaor lose conrol of he nozzle. And when he blas session is over, he safey pecock is opened o preven acivaion, even when he handle is depressed. Elecric sysems feaure an ani-freeze injecor accessory, which is opional on pneumaic sysems. Elecric remoes operae on a compressor s 12-vol sysem or 120-vol line power.
