Appendix A Ferries Many of our participants prefer to make their own bookings so the entry fee excludes ferry crossings from the UK. However, the most convenient outward route for those travelling from England is the Brittany Ferries overnight crossing from Portsmouth to St Malo on the evening of Thursday 21 st June. If you would like us to arrange ferries on your behalf, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange ferries in accordance with your wishes. However, popular crossings can get booked-up a long time ahead so we encourage you to contact us as early as possible so that there is the best chance of meeting your specific wishes. Please note that all ferry bookings will be invoiced separately and any late bookings, amended bookings, or payment will be subject to an additional fee. If you are booking Britany Ferries direct, if you contact us beforehand we may be able to help you save about 5% on the ferry cost Appendix B Hotels The entry fee includes dinner, bed and breakfast on Friday 22 nd June and Saturday 23 rd June in the Hotel Oceania or at alternative hotels of a comparable standard. The Hotel Oceania is an good quality French 4-star hotel with comfortable rooms. The hotel restaurant offers excellent cuisine while other facilities include free wifi and an outdoor swimming pool. Please note that there are confusingly two similarly named hotels in Quimper. We are using the 4-star Hotel Oceania, 17 Rue du Poher, Kerdrezec, Quimper (not the 3-star Hotel Escale Oceania, Quimper Centre). There will be a supplementary charge for a single room (or for single occupancy of a double/twin room) of 42 per night. Please indicate your requirements on the entry form.
