EVENT FORMAT The Air France Golf World Tour is open to amateur golfers in each club hosting the event: Up to 30 guests of each local market (Green-fees paid by AF Communication Dept.) The members of the hosting club Different opportunities are offered to Air France local markets to meet their existing and potential clients during the day: - At the welcome desk or the start of the tournament when all players fill in a form to enter a lucky and win flight tickets. - At the course halfway snack where all players have a break (optional) - During the lunch when Air France guests gather before or after their round of golf - At the prize ceremony when all the tournaments participants are present
CLUB GUIDELINES Before the tournament : COMMUNICATION: Communication towards all the club members about the date and format of the tournament (club website, official tournament calendar, e-mails, newsletters, ) PRIZES: Prizes reception 1 week prior to the event (prizes may be delivered to the club directly by the Air France local market office). Protected storage of prizes in the club-house ENTRIES : Event promotion to the members. Members entries opening 15 days prior to the tournament Air France guests tee-off times booking On the day of the event : Catering (table booking for AF guests), cocktail for all the players Tournament Organization - Posting in the club-house of all sporting documents - Provision of a starter on the 1st tee or organization of the shot-gun start - Scorecards printing, results and rankings editing in association with the Promogolf representative
The best 2 players among Air France guests only (with maximum handicap of 30 both for ladies and gents) will be qualified for the International Final of the Air France Golf World Tour, the Pro-Am Air France, Monday 28 and Tuesday 29 September 2015 on two of the best golf courses in Paris: Saint-Cloud Golf Club and Saint-Nom La Bretèche Golf Club. Both courses hosted in the past years some of the most prestigious European Tour professional tournaments such as the French Open or the Lancôme Trophy. Please note that the deadline to organise a qualifying tournament is September 6th, 2015 INTERNATIONAL FINAL ualification rules for the International Final : ill be qualified for the International Final the 2 best scores in net among the AIR FRANCE guests only with a aximum handicap of 30 (Ladies or Gents). A player qualified in 2012, 2013 or 2014 for the International Final may ot be qualified again for the 2015 Final. The two players qualified must not be present at the prize presentation.

2015 TOURNAMENT RULES Format and rules of the tournament The AIR FRANCE GOLF WORLD TOUR is an individual stableford tournament, open to any 2015 registered player of his national Golf Federation with a maximum handicap of 36 (exact handicap 36,0). Players with an exact handicap higher than 36 may enter the tournament but will have their handicap cut down to 36. A medical certificate may be compulsory in some countries. The AIR FRANCE GOLF WORLD TOUR 2015 is an official tournament that received the agreement n CSN/1502/1082 from the French Golf Federation under the R&A rules Categories and tee-markers Index / handicap Tee markers Ladies Category 0-24,4 ( up to 24) Red (Ladies front tees) 1st Gents Category 0-18,4 (up to 18) Yellow (Gents front tees) 2 nd Gents Category 18,5 24,4 (19-24) Yellow (Gents front tees) Mixed Category 24,5 36,4 (25-36) Red / Yellow (front tees) Entries Members entries directly to the club secretary. All entry fees are to be paid to the club Ties In case of a tie, players will be untied comparing the scores of the last 9, last 6, last 3 and last hole. If equality subsists, scores will then be compared hole by hole by card play-off (17,15 ) Prize Presentation will be rewarded : - The 3 best scores in Net, in each Ladies, Men and Mixed categories - The best overall score in Gross for the Ladies and the best overall score in Gross for the Men. The Net takes prevails over the Gross. Prizes may not be cumulated. 14 players awarded in total. The absence during the Prize Giving ceremony of a prized player, will involve the loss of his prize which will then be given to the next player of the general or specific ranking. Lucky Draw A lucky draw among the score cards of the participants will reward one winner who will be offered an Air France flight ticket for two. The winner of the draw must be present to collect his prize.
