CLASSIFICATION These days, clients prefer to choose rentals that are classified to ensure the quality of their reservation. For the client: A better view of les Arcs tourist accommodation portfolio and the assurance of the quality of the accommodation reserved. For the resort: Ensuring better promotion of les Arcs through the structured display of the quality of the accommodation. Classification is a voluntary step initiated by the owner. Upon request by e mail, RÉFÉRENCE Les Arcs will send him/her a classification request and details of the procedure to be followed. CLASSIFICATION Using 2 assessment scales : National «Meublé de tourisme» (furnished tourist accommodation): 1 to 5 stars. «Meublé de tourisme» classification brings tax advantages: 71 % writing down of profits, exemption from CFE (ex TP) (Business tax).. The Cristaux Paradiski: 1 to 4 crystals A simpler assessment more concerned with quality and better suited to our resorts. This inspection scale takes account not only of the needs of winter sports holiday clients but also the small surface areas and internal layouts in our resorts.
