This agreement shall automatically renew with the same conditions at the end of the current term for a successive twelve (12) month period, unless either party gives written notice of its intention not to renew at least thirty (30) days prior to the term expiration. All Memberships, other than Generational, are Family Memberships which include the member, spouse, and unmarried children under 21 years old living at home or active military/students under age 26 (see enclosed for Generational Membership details). The CPCC Corporate Membership Cedar Point Country Club offers a Corporate Membership that is sure to be a great fit for you, your business partners, and fellow employees. The Corporate Membership provides full privileges for each designee and for their family as well. Corporate Members enjoy the full Club experience with NO LIMITATIONS on playing golf or tennis, dining, social events, swimming pool activities, and any other services offered by the Club. The Corporate Membership allows for monthly savings versus joining individually: Number of Members 3-5 Members 6 or more Members Monthly Dues $275/month per member (vs. $400/month) $225/month per member The Corporate Membership includes the following one-time initiation fee breakdown: (Due and payable upon submitting application) Number of Members 3-5 Members 6 or more Members Initiation Fees $2,000 per member (vs. $3,000) $1,500 per member Corporate Membership Guidelines All Corporate Membership applications are subject to Board approval. Corporate Memberships are available to corporations or other business entities actively operating an existing business. Corporate Membership requires at all times a minimum of three active designees in good standing to exercise membership privileges. Monthly dues for all Designees will be adjusted if the number of Designees rises above five or falls below six. Each Designee must be a full time employee, officer, director, or principal of the Corporation. The Corporation will verify employment of all Designees. Each Designee must be approved by the Board. Subject to written request, the membership may be transferred to a new Designee subject to the terms of the existing Acceptance Agreement. A $75 quarterly food minimum will be applied to each Designee. All financial obligations to the Club are the responsibility of the Designee. Monthly statements, including all dues, charges, and fees, will be sent to the Designee. In the case of delinquency, the Designee will be notified and Cedar Point will exercise its existing policy regarding collection of any delinquent payments. In the event of failure to remedy delinquency, upon written notification, the Designee s privileges will be suspended. The Board has the right to change the terms and conditions of the Corporate Membership category.
