Sharp Radio Frequency for Participants: Channel 68 Alternate Radio Frequency: Channel 69 In case of a torrential downpour or dense fog: Standby and Monitor Channel 68 for Operations Announcements between 5:00-5:15 P.M. and at 5:45 P.M. Please follow the instructions of the Parade Committee, the Port Police and the U.S. Coast Guard / Coast Guard Auxiliary. Note: Tall ships cannot make turns in narrower channels and may periodically drop out of parade route.
